Too bad that lazy people feed their sick kids canned soup or use bouillon which is full of chemicals. And no bone broth.

Bone broth is a staple of central Europe. They even have a fairy tale about bone soup. It is all some people had to eat.(poor peasants)

So if I make chicken soup, is that considered bone broth? I've noticed that if I eat chicken soup, I can easily fast for hours without getting hungry.

Hi. I am wondering about different types of bone broth and the collagen in them. You said that chicken is the only one that has collagen 2 in it and I am wondering how you found that out? I have been trying to find out what type of collagen is in pork broth but I am at a loss.
Thanks for your time!

Dear Dr. Axe i think beef bone broth has more unknown beneficial things to our body. My mother was diagnosed with AML the worst kind of leukemia with the gene TP53 deactivated (guardian of the immune system). After giving her beef bone broth for almost 2 months she is completely free of malignancy ,according to the last bone marrow aspiration performed a week ago. So, may restore some of the genetic profile of a sick person.

This is why vegans are sickly after a few generations. Sure eating plants can have immediate positive effects since most of us DONT eat plants lol... but marry a vegan and then raise little vegans to do the same and then see how your grandkids turn out.

I'll stick with the omnivore diet

Before you start following those recipes look up Oxylates. Because you are getting high levels of them if you are dumping tumeric, spinach, etc into your smoothies. Also smoothies are a terrible way to take in food.

Got sick with a virus you have have heard of, in March 2020. It gave me chronic inflammation of my vascular system, heart problems and all the rest... I now get blood pooling in my limbs. I'm 31, and previously athletic and well built. Bone broth and whole animal eating is the one thing giving me some life back. I'm still f*cked. But way better than I could have ever imagined.

Years ago I had torn the cartilage in my knee and I went to two orthopedic surgeons and they told me that there was no way I could go without an operation so I went into the health food store and I said to the cashier do you have something that can repair my car legit because I don't want to go under the knife and she says yes in fact she took me over to a product called
Fikzol/2000 and she said than orthopedic surgeon recommended taking this and if it didn't work then I'd have to have an operation.
It cost about $65 that time and for me I wasn't working because of my injury and I was on welfare so I went on the product for 3 weeks and I threw away my cane after two-and-a-half months my cartilage was healed and I was shocked because it was supposed to be for 4 months but to have it healed in two and a half months I said that was incredible however I had to take about 2,000 mg of vitamin C with rutin and here I am eight years later and I haven't taken it for a long time and I noticed that my cartilages are starting to act up and I have to reorder it but that's my story and it's the truth.
When I was a kid my dad used to pressure cook or meat and he would pressure cook chicken and make the soup out of the broth and I had beautiful skin I was never fat and I had a lot of energy but I left home and I forgot all about it and I started eating junk food fast foods and I noticed that I wasn't having the same energy not because I was old because I was still in my twenties and I didn't have the useful vigor as a 20 some odd person should.
When I was growing up we have an organic Garden my dad would use wood ashes from the wood stove into the garden and depending on where we lived we would use seaweed right from the ocean we go down to the beach and pick up the seaweed and put them in burlap sack that we had for potatoes.
Our produce was amazing.
About five years ago my neighbour was starting his first Garden and I told him about the wood ashes and I told him to try doing an experiment
To see which part of the garden grew the best the one with the wood ashes or the ones without the wood ashes.
No he didn't have a wood stove but he had a backyard pit that he would use for burning things and I told him don't burn anymore in there that wasn't natural so all he did was burned wood and he took the wood ashes and in one part of the garden he added the ashes and in another part of the garden he didn't and he marked it off well the Sun that he put the wood ashes in the vegetables such as the tomatoes were almost a foot higher and juicier.
When you burn wood the ashes contain all the nutrients and minerals that was in the tree. And the nice thing about wood ashes it keeps all the bugs away from your plants it's a natural fertilizer.
