I can’t wait to make this! Believe it or not, I’ve tried to make good rice pudding several times and failed. This recipe is completely different and looks so easy.

If you like raisins, add them as it will make it so much more delicious 😋

Can you non dairy milk? Also had a aunt that would make it and add rasine in it.

I’ve never had to add cornstarch to my rice pudding. Rice pudding thickens up a lot on its own.

That nutmeg was a lovely touch on this yummy looking recipe. Ken, if I use Cal-Rose (pearl rice), would the liquid measurements remain the same? It's like arborio rice.

I have to make rice pudding again but with brown rice this time. I've found that cornstarch thickening tends to break down in the fridge so I use it only when making anything I'll eat right away. Leftover Chinese takeout would be watery the next day.
