If it had a mama or a daddy, don’t eat it. 👍
ОтветитьSugar is so hard for me. I have an endocrine disorder and, despite months and months of exercise and whole foods eating, I still crave sugar constantly. I just have to avoid it like a bad drug.
ОтветитьOf the earth..
Are mono crops natural? Is it true that many of the vegetables that are grown today have not been around that long? Only a couple of decades?
I detoxed off sugar and taste after one week was the real change. Also, cutting out fake sugar to break the Dopamine response. People want to break sugar with fake sugar... Not the way to break.
ОтветитьWhat am I supposed be eat for yummy treats? I just can’t eat salt, I crave the opposite sugar.

ОтветитьFor important tips and less chat - watch the video How to Break SUGAR ADDICTION (15 Tips) 2021 KenDBerryMD. Eating natural ketogenic foods is only step 1.
ОтветитьThere is no proof of a sugar addiction, in fact your body actually needs sugar to survive, there is a reason our bodies biologically have a desire for sugar.. It seems like you are demonizing it sir, likening it to Cocaine or other illicit drugs, where is the proof of the withdrawal symptoms of sugar, I’ve quit sugar before and I was fine… A professor from Cambridge actually had a logical rebuttal for this very demonization of sugar showing how it is nowhere near as addictive or physically dangerous as drugs like heroin or cocaine..
Too much sugar is not good for you, but a moderate amount is perfectly fine and won’t jeopardize ones health overall..
But for you to say it can cause an addiction, once again there is no proof of that, what those rats in that lab?? They are not human sir! And would naturally go to the food instead of drugs..
Fruit sugar is the best thing for you?? Who disagrees???
ОтветитьDont eat vegetables. They poison you
ОтветитьFood is Information
ОтветитьWow! Such a simplistic way to view food which has been always the way we should have viewed food lol! But, this simple shift has really made me look at food differently. The earth diet. The ingredient is the ingredient. A broccoli is a broccoli and a sweet potato is a sweet potato 🍠 why is my mind blown right now 😅
ОтветитьA pity, there's not really any advice of how to do it.
A lot of bla bla if what we know already.
It's all about money.

Ответитьits unfortunate the top 2 crops produced in the US are Soy and Corn. Both the origin of terrible diet products We need to get things grown that can replace all the junk we are eating
ОтветитьMeat is violently processed in the US

ОтветитьEven non gmo grains and legumes are sprayed with Roundup at harvest to dry them out. Have to go organic on those.
ОтветитьRestaurant food is incredibly problematic and so many people eat out. It would be so helpful if they would list the ingredients in their dishes.

ОтветитьEat it how God made it
ОтветитьWhere is this full-length interview? They didn't really discuss "How To Break Your Sugar Addiction" rather than talk about why it's important to break it. I need help! What did they do to overcome sugar addiction? Is it discussed in the full-length interview?
ОтветитьMisleading title. Discussion of facts already known but no discussion of how each overcame their addiction outside if reading food labels. Disappointing 😟
ОтветитьAll of your videos are superb, Dr. It will be nice and helpful, if you can host a Q&A session for your subscribers.
ОтветитьTHE MESSAGE = EAT WHOLE FOODS THEN GIVE YOUR MIND & BODY TIME TO ADJUST. THIS ALONG WITH SOME TYPE OF EXERCISE, GOOD SUPPLEMENTS, REST & STRESS RELEASE WILL HAVE US ALL AT OUR BEST.
ОтветитьGreat information 🔆🌿
ОтветитьExcellent dialogue.
This type of informational program should be required in schools and be on mainstream television.
We have been brainwashed by greedy corporations for decades.
Fortunately, programs like this are waking people up.
Thanks brother Mark and all those involved for all you do!
Peace and love
Always love Dr.’s Farmacy vids, but the title of this one is misleading and doesn’t make sense. There were really no comprehensive strategies or advice laid out on how to break a sugar addiction.
ОтветитьIt’s horrible , it’s everywhere!
ОтветитьI'm mostly carnivore and no longer crave anything processed. I do still crave apples though, and eat them almost daily. I hope the fructose isn't undermining my efforts to eat healthy. Can't seem to give them up.
ОтветитьThank you for this terrific video!! I'm a recovering sugar addict. It's a tough addiction.Low Carb/mostly carnivore and Intermittent Fasting have been a godsend for me! Love from Vermont
ОтветитьBut it is the sugar so bad really not easy getting over it 😔
ОтветитьYou can be low carbohydrate and still have the odd sweet threat but it must only be occasional. Once you base your diet around cruciferous vegetables it becomes very difficult to squeeze processed sugar foods in there.
There is just not much space for anything else.
Do not be a sugar junky.
I on OMAD LCHF, now doing my 72 hours fasting. No craves for any sugar...
Ima weak baby that eats sugar all the time T_T
