I bartended at a nice Mexican restaurant years ago and the best part was having a shifty of really nice tequila or mescal after every dinner shift.
Corralejo was my favorite but whenever the chef was in a great mood he would bring out the Don Julio 1942, which served neat was immaculate.

The answer may be here in the 642 comments, but what is the name, brand or type of glass he is using here? I want one! Being able to pour a consistent amount that stays in that large stem and able to roll the glass flat is amazing. I Googled for it and couldn't find this particular glass at all.
