Oversight Ana? The US does have inspectors going to Ukraine to make certain that the weapons are going where they're are supposed to. Now the problem is you can't account for EVERY weapon. These weapons inspectors could go further to verify if Ukraine is getting the weapons they need however that involves sending US government inspectors to the frontlines risking American lives. So, unless you're ok with Americans dying Ana, going even further on weapon accountability isn't the best idea. We've got a fairly robust way of tracking these weapons.

It's not about Ukraine being perfect, there is corruption in Ukraine. There are some issues with their LGBT marriage laws I get that they aren't perfect. At least they're a lot closer to a democracy than Russia. For instance their citizens are allowed to shit on Zelenskyy, can't say the same for the Russians criticizing Putin which could land you in jail. Btw you keep talking about the amount of aid we're sending Ukraine that aid is about 0.6% of our military budget which may as well be nothing. No that money wouldn've been spent on medicare for all. The only way you get progressive policies is getting all 3 branches and 60 votes in the Senate or nuke the filibuster. We have plenty of money for that stop bringing up Ukraine as a scapegoat as to why we don't have progressive policies.
