If you're like me and you're so out of shape that you can't do this entire workout, don't worry - it gets easier. Today was my second day and, while I still had to take a break and not have the resistance as high, it was easier than the first time. You got this!
ОтветитьI just found your channel and I love it. I haven't been on my bike in over a year. I tore my meniscus and I was afraid to get back on. This class was perfect to get me back in shape. I like that you keep reminding us about proper form. Looking forward to doing your other classes.

ОтветитьIn love. Dusted off my old recumbent bike and it worked beautifully for this. Added overhead presses (no weights) for the standing part. Brought new life to my old machine and will love this for the winters here in Boston. You’re the best. Thank you!!

ОтветитьJust finished this. Before I go to stretching, I want to let you know that this was the best workout I ever had! Just begun spinning and with this workout I paid full attention to my form, making sure my back doesn't curve, my wrists doesn't carry my weight etc and although I couldn't follow every move and every resistance change, I was able to give my best which feels great. The music also def. made it easier to get into mood and not give up. Thank you!

ОтветитьI’m new to indoor bike ride the one I got the resistance only goes from 1-8 where yours is a 1-10 how do I determine my let’s say 7 to yours? Is it still the same and if your at 10 is my8 not your 8 I’m confused and would love the help this was my fist class and I loved it. Just need guidance.
ОтветитьI've been doing your strength workouts for a few months now (love those!). Finally decided to try one of these just using my under desk bike to see what's what. I've been considering getting an upright bike for a bit now, and this workout kind of sold me. Thank you for including recumbent and otherwise bikers in your modifications. You're the best.
