Hmm.. letting your child struggle (potentially beyond their capacity to struggle) and feel depressed (potentially too deeply for their mind to not fall apart) because "there's a time for everything." Is that really the way? It sure takes the responsibility off you to console or defend your child, if for example they're being bullied.

I have met many people who enjoy the hard work of others. They enjoy being treated well by others, emotionally, materially, mentally, physically. Yet those same people don’t reciprocate the same back. To me that is actually working against the universe because you are choosing not to reinvest in those who have invested in you. They take the stance of the universe will sho me what to do…

You still have to do the work for the things you want in life. The universe will NOT do it for you. If I want to deepen my relationship in my life on all level I must do the work to grow along with those other people. The universe will not make it happen for you. The universe will provide you the opportunities for grow.
