"Get out of the roooomm!"
Ответить"Get out of the room!"
ОтветитьHe says - Get your ass to mars
ОтветитьI used to think he said “Just hit the ROAD!!!” Regardless, Yaphett Kotto didn’t want his character to go out like a punk. “Goddamn you son of a bitch!”suits Parker’s personality perfectly. He’s always wanted to kill the Xeno since the chestburster scene and especially after it kills Brett.
ОтветитьI'm amazed you haven't ran out of ideas for this channel over the years
ОтветитьI wonder if Ripley moved quicker if she could have said anyone?
Ответить'Get ready to roll!' That's what I always thought he was saying.
Ответить"Get out of the room!"
ОтветитьI thought so.
Lambert was just hopeless.
Sometimes you really find translations nasty. In the german version he says - translated back to english - "take the flamethrower".
Which Lambert didn't do, not even in the german version (giggle) .....
He’s very clearly saying - “Get your ass to Mars !”
ОтветитьI hate Lambert so much XD
ОтветитьI prefer "goddamn you" myself, if only because it allows Parker's final moments to be filled with hatred as much as terror of the monster that's about to annihilate him. In his last few seconds of consciousness, the alien, Ash, and the Company would have all combined into the same vile abomination.
It's also something of a precursor to Ripley's own explosion of defiant rage towards Mother when she screams "you bitch!"
I think "get out the room" is scarier.
He doesn't speak to the creature because he knows it's a monster that can't be reasoned with and doing so would be a waste of his last breath.
Get out of the room
Ответить"Dang animal!"
ОтветитьParker was awesome. Probably my favorite alien character from all alien films.
He never froze with fear as all the others did. Also in the longer cut of Brett’s death he came charging in and saw a quick glimpse of it. Knew it was massive and was still chomping at the bit to kill it.
"Get out of the roooooooom"! Such selfless last words. Parker truly was a hero
ОтветитьGet out of the rooooooooommmm
Ответитьlet's compromise and henceforth agree it is "Get out of the God damn room, you!"
ОтветитьHe clearly said GET OUTTA THE ROOM
ОтветитьHe was slow and hesitant. That's what killed them both.
ОтветитьThey changed it to get out of the room because of all the hell fearing god lovers. They didn't want any backlash the same way they are using women gays and blacks right now
Ответитьi've seen the film many times but, i'm embarrassed to say, watching your video is the first time i've found it coherent. weird! 🙂
ОтветитьHe was yelling " i wanna go home"🤔.. in an intense life endangering situation when death is imminent, we can sometimes call out for our mothers!
ОтветитьHe says get out of the road,,, he shouting this to lambert
ОтветитьIt's very obviously 'get out of the room.'
Just like Hicks said 'Drake! We are leaving!' in Aliens, and not 'Marines! We are leaving!'
Made no sense for him to say 'marines' as Drake was the only one left alive, or not abducted at the very back of the retreat line.
Parker is with Brett my Favourite Charalter in the first movie
ОтветитьHe's shouting "get out of the road" so he can use the flamer.
ОтветитьImagine if he survived & he was in that boardroom with Ripley after Ripley yells & rants then Parker says that's not all I want my bonus.
ОтветитьHe told Lambert to get out of the room while he was holding it in battle
Ответитьin the swedish subtitles his line is translate to something along the lines "now you're gonna get it!"
Ответитьパーカーさん 火炎放射器🔥使うべきだった…😮
ОтветитьI always thought Parker said to Lambert "Get outta da way!" Also w/ morbid curiousity, I couldn't figure out the point of impact where Parker got struck by the Zenomorph. Was it at Parker's head? If so, wouldn't his head be totally destroyed when Ripley encountered the horrible scene? (In hindsight, maybe it was shown as such to keep an R rating?)
ОтветитьI don't suppose Yaphet Kotto ever clarified the matter.
Ответить"GET READY TO ROLL!"
ОтветитьThe book written by Alan Dean Foster picked the brain of the true writer and creator of Alien from a short story he wrote back in his college days Dan Obannon! Make no mistake Dan Obannon created Alien and did the screen writing with his partner Shultz for the film!
ОтветитьNope, nowhere near GDY!!
He said : "Get out of here, run!!!"
Actually, if you listen really carefully, I do believe he says "get outta the road" meaning for Lambert to high-tail it from there. Old fashioned, I suppose.
ОтветитьI always heard Parker's final call to Lambert as "Hit the road!"
ОтветитьI always thought he says "Get ready to roll?" I'm sure it was on the subtitles of a previous DVD I had. Also makes perfect sense as he's going to die, so it's a final "Up yours" Too the Alien
ОтветитьWas he not shouting to Lambert "Get out of the road!" meaning get out of the way!?
ОтветитьGET READY TO ROLL!
ОтветитьMy Dad got me The Alien Quadrillogy box set back in 2017, I used to believe Parker was Saying "Get out of my Way"
ОтветитьI thought he said "get out of the road" ( as in get out of the way)
ОтветитьI thought it was get out of the road.
ОтветитьIt is very like the "in the before times" in mad max and the thunderdome. I and meny other am sure that line was said in the uk tv version. But apparently its not, or no copy has the storyteller saying it. A Mandela affect.
This goes back to before us having Internet in the house so it's odd, both me and mu brother used the quote for years, we not picked it up from a meme or others telling us the missqote. Yet so many other people also have this missqote ahh well play it again sam.
Get out of the road always worked better for me like he still felt he had a shot of getting it with the incinerator. The fact that he thought he had a chance made it all the more painful to watch
ОтветитьI never knew about the book or graphic novel. I also never had the closed captioning on while watching. I’ve always thought he said “goddamn you.” I guess because he was such an aggressive person in the film, it just fit with his personality.
ОтветитьI have always wondered...Did the Alien rape Lambert? The almost tender drawing in with its tail around her leg, and the grunting and panting before the final blood curdling screams.
