There was a time when too many people wore skinny and slim fit jeans ONLY and most couldnt rock them PLUS if you do the same you are 1 in a billion.
Nowadays everyone wants a baggy look so if you do that you are 1 in a billion.
Get a NORMAL straight cut jeans that suits you PERFECTLY and you are good to go. Its not boring if you can rock it, its casual and dressed right, its even elegant PLUS you swim against the tide and stand out from the rest of clowns wearing too skinny or too baggy pants.

No full nudity or flashing allowed but square cut shorts that exposes halfway bubble butt is okay in public only for attractive men and not for skinny and ugly men. Outstanding beautiful men can be topless if the weather is warm and it is common on the street now. No ugly men are allowed to expose themselves in public as it wouldn't be appealing to public eyes.
