ОтветитьThis was an awesome workout! However, I read that it’s not recommended to do exercises on all fours during pregnancy because it can put too much pressure on the linea alba. Are there modifications for the exercises on all fours?

Hey, im from the UK! Currently 7 weeks pregnant with my third.
i loved watching your video! But i have never really excercised whilst pregnant and im really confused when you say "hug your baby in" do you mean suck your belly in? 😅 what do you mean by it? I want to be able to do the work out properly 😊 someone or anyone help me understand!

I gained a lot of weight during the first month of my pregnancy and since I’ve always been slender I felt like if I don’t get myself up and moving, I’ll gain too much. I felt like a lot of the exercises I did before, didn’t feel appropriate anymore so your video was exactly perfect and I’m very grateful for it! 😊

Ответить36 y/o and 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. This pregnancy and my last one, daughter born in 2020, has morning sickness kicking my butt. I’m hopeful to start these exercises, as I’m always an active person (not necessarily workouts, but active like hiking and doing a lot of physical activities). I gained way too much weight in both my pregnancies and being almost 37, I want to monitor that as well. Congratulations to all the expecting mommies!

Really trying to stay healthy, while also allowing myself to enjoy the pregnancy and enjoy the cravings in a moderate fashion. So glad I found this!
