EDIT: Well folks, the newest trailer shows these Blights already fighting the champions 100 years ago. Still though, this was a fun theory to make! Will you be playing the game in 2 days??
ОтветитьThis theory, if true, makes me despise Ganondorf even more than I probably should. Not only did he decimate an entire civilization using the technology they were hoping would save them, he is simply incapable of being remotely human. I mean, slaughtering the Champions and using them as puppets to kill their friend is the lowest low I can see he has stooped to, and I already consider him a dirtbag. I find it sweet and vindictive that the very Champions he slaughtered got their payback using the technology he manipulated so long ago to harm him. I hope he's happy now, cause he's not feeling good in the slightest..
ОтветитьIm working on a theory right now about Life Energy thanks to doing an alchemy video on BotW before Tears came out and that Interview with Fujibayashi talking about "Feng Shui" and uh you are def on to something. I rememeber when i first watched this, SOMETHING proved this wrong? but maybe that was AoC and lot of TotK proves that is not canon.
But with how Life Energy can be converted from one form to another, and everything has it.... people, plants animals, buildings, the land itself, buildings, EVERYTHING. Ganondorf is sucking it out of everything and itno him.
Im actually looking for a video explaining how the Spirits of the Champions is how the Divine Beasts are ACTUALLY supposed to be piloted and thats why when alive they had some trouble as seen in daruks memory cutscene. Just wish i could find that video.
Ganon also could have the kings body i mean look at those beards
ОтветитьTheory link isn't alive since he aln8st died at fort hateno and from the great platue to Fort hateno takes 3 in game days on horseback so on foot it would be six days and link would have died
Ответить“And the dumb flying one” got me 😂
ОтветитьWelp 3 years later and this theory seems kinda true in totk links soul or heart containers get drained from him almost killing link
ОтветитьWell the divine beasts are different in age of calamity so yes they have probably been empowered by the champions
ОтветитьI think the Champions fall off the divine beasts
ОтветитьThe dumb flying one also happens to be Falco from Starfox 😂
Ответитьthe thing is that I noticed you don't usually see their Spirits until you destroy the blights
Ответитьwell it has been 100 years so any flesh is probably gone and we would just see a random pile of bones on the floor
ОтветитьBut the goron descendent Yunobo wears champion Daruk’s sash and chain-plate thingy around his neck. Meaning either Daruk had more than one of each, left them behind before his fight with fire-blight Gannon, or they were recovered from his dead body.
ОтветитьNgl this sounds like a average Monday to me
Ответитьseized construct"S body?
ОтветитьThere’s no spoiler warning
ОтветитьThey decomposed :/
ОтветитьWhile it is an interesting theory, it's been a hundred years since the champions have been killed. I'm pretty certain their bodies have decayed by the time link wakes up
ОтветитьI thought that when the champions died the blights merged with their dead bodies hence why they look like the champions
ОтветитьPersonally no idea where Urbosa’s ends up but daruk prob death mt revali the lake under Rito village and Mipha the bottom of east reservoir lake
ОтветитьIk its been two years and totk came out but then i thought the 4 shrines at the great platue connected the king
ОтветитьAs much as this was an interesting theory with age of calamity showing us the fights, it could still be possible that the blights took on some aspects of the champions, but what are the bodies because of what we know that was, that was that was recovered, the weapons and Derricks sash
ОтветитьJust watched your theory video. Pro and Con comments. 1st - Con: each blight Ganons faced the Champions in Age of Calamity before the new Sages travel back in time thanks to Terrako, so in essence their abilities were used to mimic their combat skills just how Link had to face "Shadow" and "Dark" Link.
Pro: I each Champion became blight Ganons, then the Calamity Ganon is King Rhoam. You said it yourself, weapons or abilities are similar to the Champions. King Rhoam's weapon was a golden claymore - the blade Calamity Ganon's on right arm is a gold blade, not blue like the others. So there is the strong possibility that all five major spirits are in fact, release spirits that were avenged.
Another observation to consider - the hair and size comparisons to each other.
Love the out of the box thinking. I truly believe that the developers knew what were doing, but left us to fill in the gaps.
What about decomposing
ОтветитьWhen I heard about ganon possessing the divine beasts I though he did possess the champions and you had fight dark versions of the champions kinda
Like dark links
Fun Fact: calamity Ganon is a mix of every blight you’ve fought making you have to memorize each attack for all blights🤯
ОтветитьWhy do you want to know about their dead bodies🤨
ОтветитьI feel like that all of the blights and calamity ganon have some sort of mask on them maybe its similar to majoras mask that controlls the user? I also feel like ganon was trying to do the same to zelda but failed because she was able to resist ganon?
ОтветитьWhen he said “the dumb flying one” I had a coughing fit and fell off my bed
ОтветитьIf nobody noticed that at night when ruji is in her room she looks at a box which might be her mother’s ashes and so Urbosa was the leader of gerundo so when reading rujis says in her diary that her mother was the leader and now she takes place which means urbosa might be her mother
Ответитьits been 100 years. theyre decomposed 💀
ОтветитьPlot twist the champions bodies are formed to the blights
ОтветитьWhat if the bodies were stuffed inside the blights? (Totally not FNaF)
Ответитьholy crap this is an amazing theory and makes so much sense. it never even crossed my mind!
However i believe the true answer is likely a little more simple. Revenge.
Ganondorf is an arrogant, egotistical, power hungry maniac. It makes more sense that he's sent an like-elemental enemy to overpower each champion as a way of showing that he's more powerful than them even in their own field of expertise. "anything you can do, i can do better" and "you don't stand a chance" type sentiments.
It feels like this is more inkeeping with the writing.
This is not quite correct,You see the blights killed the champions with there own powers like thunder blight used its speed and lighting powers and water blight used spears and threw them, and tridents are spears and the bad bird was killed with a gu- i mean a lazer that probably represents arrows and fire blight used a fire sheild and
they all used those adaptions to kill the champions so not so correct
I really enjoyed this theory, but one thing, I’m not sure if it’s cannon and don’t reabre where I heard this. But the reason that the divine beasts fought similarly to the champions is because the champions themselves would be going up against someone just as strong as them who knows all the same moves they do, just an idea!
ОтветитьThey ate the bodys and gained their powers maybe?
ОтветитьThat still doesn’t explain who actually would have killed them if not the Blights. Also, when it comes down to which blight attacks who not making much sense, you have to consider the champions’ weaponry. Mipha had no way to deal with Waterblight’s ice attacks as she didn’t have a bow or the sheikah slate. Daruk had no way to break Fireblight’s shield. Urbosa’s lightning probably wouldn’t have been as effective on Thunderblight, and it can keep up with her speed. And for Revali, Windblight is the on ly one who could fight him at a distance so he couldn’t just run away. Their powers make sense to counter their designated champions. It also makes sense from a game design perspective. It would be pretty weird to cap off the wind temple with a boss that uses lightning, when there’s also a lightning temple.
On top of that, Ganon wouldn’t need pilots for the divine beasts. We see that he directly takes control using malice.
Sidenote: Ganon doesn’t absorb the blights’ power after they’ve been defeated, since he still uses their abilities regardless of if you killed them.
In other words...they got 'Norted 🤣
ОтветитьDARUK ALLL THE WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY
ОтветитьRevioles gale is now ready
ОтветитьI have a theory that the blights were suppose to have the weakness of the elements that the champions were used to but ganon made a mistake and made them the same elements and when the blights defeated the champions they took their bodies and fused with the dead bodies of the champions and when ganon felt that his blights fell and the champions souls were freed and the kings body and the champions bodies were hidden in a far away place in their proper places like mipha's body got hid at secret place in zoras domain revali or known as the dumb flying bird Got his body hid in the great skeleton of hebra same goes for daruk and urbosa
Water BlightGanon: uses a spear and throws ice makes water rise
Thunder BlightGanon: uses a sword and shield calling down lighting to aid the blights
Fire BlightGanon: uses a huge sword and throw a ball of fire which explodes on impact
Wind BlightGanon: uses a gun? sorta calling down tornados to aid the blight
Is only my theory is I don't know if it's true or not
they died decades ago, they decomposed
ОтветитьI think that the Blights just copied the Champions and defeated them with their own abilities! The Champions were actual living beings and couldn't continue fighting because they were exhausted and tired. So at some point I think they died and the Blights absorbed their Bodies or smth like that
ОтветитьI know this vid is 2 years old, but after defeating Maz Koshia, I feel like the blights are the corrupted versions of the monks who tested the other champions.
ОтветитьSo you see in Hyrule warriors age of calamity before the champions are killed they are saved by their descendants from the future my guess is in the other timeline aka the botw timeline their descendants never came and at the same time zelda and link are looking at the castle a little bit after the king would've died now lets say the lil guardian wasn't their never came zelda never gave that amulet like thing to her father the king he would've died because he didn't have that also during the death of the champions they were gonna get killed in the explosion aka i think their bodies turned to ash
ОтветитьI would be a surprise and understandable if Link shedded tears
ОтветитьNgl this could maybe have been true although maybe since the Botw malace came into AOC I think they blights were able to form without them getting possession over the champions
Ответить
