This has the most annoying background music. There’s a plinking sound that’s very distracting and makes me think it’s the timer counting down so I’m always looking up instead of focusing on the stretch.

Ответитьi know this is old but i’ve been doing this stretch for a while now the only thing i don’t like about it is that i don’t have enough time to get into my next stretch 😭 but other than that these are the best i do them in bed before sleep i feel so relaxed !
