Thank you, Halo, this was my personal reading! Yes, you have it all right. I loved him and gave him my all.
Not only he didn't prioritize me, but he kept secrets from me, he cheated, he lied, breadcrumbed, ghosted. I built him up, he tore me down; I catered to all his needs, invested in him and he'd take it all and leave to other third parties. He wouldn't share anything, he wouldn't offer anything, not even his time. I found that out and confronted him with proof. His ego took a hit but he didn't face me and didn't apologize.
I told him I forgave him and I walked away gracefully.
He was maliciously envious, he was juggling me, he was possessive, emotionally immature and a master manipulative. He was a taker, not a giver. He was deceitful and wanted the benefits.
