He not only was in the Navy but the Air Force as well. He had Q security clearance and worked in military intelligence. He shared with the public documents he found as well as his experience with an aircraft that he couldn’t identify. He later admitted and clarified that he felt they used him to promote their alien agenda. He admitted he was wrong and spent the rest of his life to make it right.
