you should also do hard sparring in order to prove your techniques. You cant just rely on fighting theory

Its not Russian martial art. You just have mixed Muay Thai with some well known self defense techniques and I have to say Muay Thai kicks and fists are really deadly.

Why is the instructor in all of the "self defense" videos always bigger than the attacker? If you're bigger than the guy, you don't need to fight him just laugh and walk away. I'd be more convinced if the attacker is bigger and stronger looking than the person who is defending himself or supposedly teaching us techniques since the same techniques don't necessarily work on bigger opponents.

Those knife defenses wont work.
