I won a Lynx, but Im praying that the super-chest grants me something good. My lynx is SUPER powerful, but once I enter gold league, Lynx being THE ONLY GOOD ROBOT in my hanger (my other bots are a strider [yes I won THAT FROM 100 KEY CHEST] Leo and a griffin, is just not going to cut it. If I get ONE GOOD BOT from the Superchest (preferably a robot) Im SET until Dimond league as I can use strider to beacon push, Lynx to hold that beacon, and depending on what bot I get I can change roles. A titan is also SUPER useful, but with no good weapons for it, it will fold pretty fast, and it's easy to get the F2P titan (Arthur) pretty quick.

I agree Manni, Ravana is by far the strongest budget build. I play my maxed Ravana as my last robot in Champion league and it is always competitive. I think Shell would be my second pick, it's very strong and under used. Both can help with beacons and both have decent survival mechanics.

please make a video 📹 comparing LANCE vs kraits or LANCE 🔦 vs retaliators or LANCE vs lanterns 🏮 and possible gameplays with the weapons on maybe a heimdall or nodens (to visualize 📺 how good or bad it is)

There are so few videos out there about the LANCE (beta titan) weapons and their gameplay 🎮 and damage 🔥 analysis.

I see very very few players or almost nobody running the LANCE weapons on their titans.

You could make test videos on them on a heimdall or nodens.

So after you came up whit the video you are going to stop playing WR because of the same reasons my self and bunch of outher players stopped was huge respect, but seems like they came up whit some money to you and you pretended this video never happened and keep on SHAME AND END OF MY SUBSCRIPTION TO YOUR GREEDY PERSON .

my "bendy bully" harpy is still one of my best and favorite robots to run, I run it with lvl 6 weapons but the harpy itself (well, kitsune harpy..) is only lvl 5 while the rest of my hanger robots range from 6 - 9 (currently competing in Expert League III ) I never have had the deft survivor ability but run Yang Lee for the shield-break and it kicks butt!
I have a Nessa Rigs so I'm going to get a raven (and a falcon) to try those builds out now!

I reacently tried a couple of setups with the leech witch is a good budget robot and found that using mace shotguns and nuclear amplifiers is a very good assassin if you play it well you should try it

Several steps for game company to make a fortune:
1. New robots completely lopsided the game
2. Gamers spend huge amount money to follow
3. New robots got nerfed, and new “new robots” start to dominate,
4. Gamers spend huge amount money to keep up
5. And again and again and again

All they need to do, is to simply modify a few parameters, and all your previous investment vanishes. You have to keep paying huge sums to maintain a decent gaming experience, like a lab rat running all the time in a cage. How Pathetic for the gamers! How greedy for the game company!

But, at least, keep the parameters stable for a decent amount of time. Otherwise, what’s the difference between this and fraud?

Glory Weyland is a very good combo but its even better with the kestrel drone to heal grey HP. It makes all your teamates invincible when theyre around you

forget that it's the 43rd day since you introduced errors when upgrading and I didn't fix them, MK3 robots that do not work properly, especially those who play on PC, why don't they fix the error they introduced?

Some other very worthy and at least kind of cheap, the Skyros with icerockets, Skyros build in workshop and the time it need could already be enough to win all 3 weapons from black market (common price)…
And the Skyros works great with other weapons too and is flexibel from close to midrange with its firepower (old firerockets, sonic and the newer harpoon weapons works great too and there are even more crazy options like homing bullets as fast only midrange setup, works great in lower leagues)…

Then the fenrir, more expensive as the falcon but exactly the same kind of tank and with 3 slots it deals a lot more damage…
And it’s great on every range, close mid or even long range, the Fenrir does it just all…
So more expensive but for the damage boost against the falcon it’s completely worth it…

Then the Lancelot, quit the same like the fenrir but not that strong (when the shield is gone you have hopefully a kestrel drone and already enough kills, otherwise your screwed…

And the absolutely secret weapon when it comes to cheap and a pretty good tank, the good old Leo…
Upgrading to tier 2 is cheap like nothing else and with the right setup this can even today do a lot of damage in the meta…
With the 4 weaponslots, a good pilot, drone and the one module it’s already enough to go crazy…
Pilots wich will work are nearly any weapon buff pilots, the healing buff pilot (Forgot the name😅) or damage buff pilots, depending on that I would choose the weapons and with that the rest of the setup became pretty clear…
Drone is the only thing it highly needs and could be an issue with not spending anything cuz with just one module slot what such must be an nuc amp, it needs anything else from the drone and for that case the best drones are kestrel and shy on obviously reasons…
But with that it could be crazy even today and in best case as a tank for close range battle…

And when you go cheap you must work with the titan in the team as full teammember, so it’s not just the titan, it’s in best case a tank, beacon keeper and damage dealer…
When you go cheap you must plan very well to keep up the damage with more modern setups, in best case your hangar is completely wiped out in the end when you win a match or at least just one bot left with just a slither of health…
So the titan must be a fixed part and for cheap there is only one solution with could keep up with modern meta, the Arthur as tank and Brawler…
With that style (and I lived it on my babyaccount) you can’t just keep an eye on when the other team take out the titans, you just have not the time for that, when you need a tank and the titan is ready just take the Arthur and try to keep it up as long as you can till your team droppes by…
With that you can run your hangar (so the five bots) with only one and a half tank, so that means you can run up to 3 1/2 damage dealer…
Best balance for the whole game would then be something like Skyros (beacon runner and no issue to sacrifice), 2 clear damage dealer like hawk, harpy, crisis, seraph, fafnir, typhon (so anything kind of fast and most possible weapon slots), 1 half tank half damage dealer like ravana, kephri, behemoth and 2 heavy tanks like fenrir, falcon, ocho, Arthur, Luch…
With something in that direction you could build (in some points even pretty fast) an hangar that could live nearly forever, just changing one or two bots from time to time depending on how the meta changes…
So to be honest, with the right knowledge and the right skills bots are no real issue anymore, when you do it right you open a mount at least one super cheats and with all of that options and the more or less minor changes on bot concepts it’s no issue anymore to build a proper hangar botwise…

The real issues are now the weapons and that get already completely out of control for free player, even if you manage to get a full weapon set for an bot it’s pretty questionable if you could level that up and keep it…
So already kind of tricky…
Next step is leveling up, so on bots we have all in all 6 slots, so that mean leveling up 6-10 bots and titans could already be enough to keep up with any meta which will come bot just the 6 bots alone means something around (highly depending on the used bots) 20-30 weapons…
And that just for one single hangar setup, so if the meta changes to a more worse part you need in worst case to level up 20-30 new weapons…
So even for the hardest grinder (and there was a time I was one of them) it’s not to make anymore, that would take not just any second of your lifetime, no in the game is something like a ad cap, when you have watched a amount of ads for something like leveling up something, you just get no new ads anymore so you can’t fast up the level up process anymore with just playing…
But there is a way around that, but that’s even more price to just pay for this same update, you need another device, when you open the same adless account just in another device you have surprisingly again the same amount on ads you had on the device before…
And this goes on and on, tried it with my babyaccount on 3 devices, after that the day was over for me after something around 30h of gaming…🙈
This cap renew every 24h so even with this trick you can’t make it over 3 devices, just not enough time on one day…😅
So yeah, I pushed free to play really to the absolutely limits and it’s just not possible to keep up anymore, at least not effectively…
So over something around 2-3 years you should mostly have enough weapons leveled up that you can more or less just relay on that but when I say 2-3 years I mean more or less 2-3 years just daily stuff you just must do and war robots, that’s your whole life over that time, no party, no family, no other games, no films, no series, no other games, no hobby’s at all, just you, the game, eat and sleep 2-3 years only…
And even if really someone should be stupid enough to do that, it will mostly still not be enough to keep up with really any meta switch like with the switch now with just a single bot with 6 weaponslots…

So with that point clear we could now already see pretty clear what will happen next when the game can’t hold free player anymore, even if the player that pay will pay anything they have it can’t rescue the game anymore…
With that it’s from now on still nice to talk about the future of the game but then we must at first answer the question how long this future still would be one…

Anything I wrote goes for the pre 6 weaponslots Ära, everything what will happen now is not clearly to say cuz of that basic meta change, only one thing is already clear to say, this will change and end this game completely and both depends together…
The changes now will be that big and fast, this can’t generate new players anymore, just even more old players will go and there is no possible (it’s just not possible, not important how long you will calculate) solution for this, the game is simply not ready for this it’s just an impossible balancing they try…
The new bot is just the meta for anything, beacon runner, damage dealer, tank and even for a titan and will simply snack anything away which cross its way, not really much to do against this…

So nice video but in the shadow of what’s coming it’s sadly kind of worthless, like my comment it just goes for the pre 6 slots timeline, any of the shown bots just can’t do anything against this new 6 slots, not important which op setup you take for the bots, it’s just 6 vs in max 4 weapons on a fast and ultra durable bot with pilot, 3 modules and drone slot, nothing in the game can do something against that effectively, even most titans will have just no change, not even close…
One of the absolute deadliest setups will become the 600m tarans, this weapons are even in light version just crazy, 6 of them is just unbeatable…
With brawler he will do it with range and the weapons are still powerful in close range, with the speed of the bot, the shield and possible Defence there is for real not a single other setup in the game which will easily outplay this setup and that are by far not the only light weapon with those op issues, in the moment we have more light weapons which will produce real issues then those which will not and cuz of that fact it’s simply just not possible to balance this with those balances they used the last 2 or 3 years…

So mark my words, this bot is the end of the game, maybe still just the official start of an end but in reality its just nearly impossible to rescue the game from now with that balancing…
fire power like behemoth, crisis, erebus, fury and falcon, when not even more but with the speed of an lynx and tankyness like a fenrir or t-falcon (with that just 1 weapon slot) its not just op, this bot is just the game from now and with this not possible balancing it would be there (as only usable bot anymore) for a pretty long time, we didnt just talk about weeks like usually, that will take months, when not even years but I hardly doubt it that game will survive that long anymore…🙈😅

The choice strongly depends if you play war robots on the PC or the phone. This is huge difference.
1. Control on the phone is horrible. You have only 2 thumbs for moving, rotating, firing and using robots or ship ability. You are unable to do it together like on the PC.
2. Aiming is horrible especially against fast and closed enemy. You are unable separately rotate and fire unless you have some additional phone button for fire.
3. On the phone you are unable to fire in sequence which is frustrating against any type of shields. You can loss huge amount of damage.

For mobile users auto aim weapons is necessity. For long range weapon heavy single shot gun is also acceptable. My top robot in hangar is Harpy with razdor/smuta and Yang Lee. I can fire from decent distance and I can counter any robots with an energy shield. The second robot is Seraph with Talon. My favorite Mender without claw and jaw weapons is unusable because I'm not able to track fast moving robots around me. Due to low profile I were able to kill slow robots in stealth mode, but now the robots are too fast to track them.

Spar/Scourge/Calamity are nice weapons for mobile users, but as I said, against fast moving robots you can easy lost lock on. Therefore I agree to remove lock on from all weapons.

There is something that bothers me a lot, I am in diamond 2 ligue and I fight mk3 players with sometimes meta and I the highest weapon I got is a mk2 thunder, I do have good robots and weapons but why doesn't the game put me in a lower ligue like that I d'ont get obliterated, is this normal?

Today I QUIT the WAR ROBOT Permanently. I lost lots of money and time in this game. Now Finally I am happy to QUIT. Good Luck guys

mercury is insane. ive been running it since 2017-18, got lockdown shotguns and an ecu on it, works very well. super fun, destroys stealth bots with ease, can rush enemies with an ecu, super fun.
