ОтветитьSince I started doing the 3 video's, walk down your sugar, in January I have lost 16 pounds. I have also brought down my cholesterol levels and my glucose level. I also watch my Carbs and Sugar intake, and ride an exercise bike. I am so glad I found these videos. Ty Leslie.
