Concerning. I think that the Vatican City State foreign government should provide those documents, memos and evidence to U.S. authorities. Otherwise, is the Vatican City State claiming jurisdiction regarding criminal abuse cases within the United States, and also circumventing U.S. law enforcement, court systems and the judiciary, while also therefore leaving child victims at risk? Is the Vatican City State also essentially collecting tax revenue from within the U.S., while also directly circumventing the U.S. Constitution, police reporting and constitutional rights of child victims within the U.S.? Public news reports in France have detailed that there were more than 200,000 child victims of priest abuse in France alone. I predict that there were likely more child victims due to priest cover-ups here in the U.S. than in France, and that there were more than 1,000,000 Catholic and non-catholic child victims due to priest cover-ups, non-reporting to the police and child endangerment decisions worldwide, including here in the U.S. To fail to report child abuse leaves child victims outside of the protection of U.S. laws, law enforcement and the U.S. Constitution. U.S. Witness protection programs for child victims due to priest cover-ups should also be provided.
