just a thought that has helped me…the “things to try” page is great for helping curb impulse spending. Instead of putting it in my Amazon cart, it goes here. At the end of the month , or whenever, I can make a thoughtful decision based on my budget. I was really shocked at how much I was spending on ‘little’ things or add ons. This way doesn’t feel so much like I can’t afford things , more that I’m empowering myself to make choices about what’s more important to me. It’s not just about stuff though. When I see other things on that page, like trips and experiences or things to do with friends, this spread really showed me that my spending was impacting how I could live my life. I never expected this spread to have the emotional and financial impact that it did for me, because it is rarely included in any planning discussions around money, like budget or bill spreads. Thank you for including it here!

Is the book you are using always pre done? So you just have to trace in the calendar or whatever it is already lightly sketched on the page? Like a guide but specific style guide?
