I have seen podiatrist twice and all he does is give me a Cortizone shot for an impingement and swollen ankle. Wonder why has he never treated it like in this video?

I dont know where this idea that every ligament, nerve, fascia has adhesions came from but as somebody who works in PT most of this is bullshit. There are some diagnosis that this does pertain to but this is way excessive for a "educated guess" on "adhesions".

I do Irish dance and recently found out that I sprained my right ankle. Found out by heavy bruising and pain when pressure is put on. Yup. I think I may have also sprained the left one but it’s just less severe :) so… just gonna be wrapping my right one until it starts to feel better

my ankle hurts there, its been a month since i sprained my ankle, i can walk and run now, but i have limited dorsiflexion and makes it harder for me to jump, when i try to push my knees forward with my heel on the ground, that spot hurts.

I have a similar problem, except it’s on the front of my inner ankle. Sometimes it hurt, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not even sure what it’s called. Do you think these stretches may also work with that?

I broke my fib/tib have had 3 surgeries and that are exactly I get a sharp pain when I try to dorsiflex and for the longest I thought it was the front of my ankle but it’s exactly where you showed, my ROM is horrible because of the pain that occurs in the area what/where can I go/do to have this worked out, I’ve had 3 surgeries, went to physical therapy nothing helped 😊
