ОтветитьIf you make this DO NOT USE WATER… Use milk! 👍🏼 it taste like it’s missing something when made with water. I used whole milk and 1/2 table spoon heavy cream. I added 1/2 teaspoon extra flour. Been playing around with this and I even have used 1/2 a egg yolk. Don’t cook it more then one minute 18-23 seconds. That seems to be the cook time.
Ответитьwhen i made it my dough was a little bit thick so i added a few table spoons of milk and it worked really well and i think made it even more soft

Baking powder
cinnamon roll mug cake:
6 tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
60ml warm water
40ml oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH
———————————————
1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
MIX UNTIL COMBINED

pour 1/2 of the cake batter in a mug or bowl
———————————————
swirl half the cinnamon mix on it
pour the rest of the batter and swirl more
———————————————
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
———————————————
Sprinkle over top
microwave until there’s no wet batter left (1-2 mins)

Recommendations:
>Use less flour
>use less sugar
>Make a small portion to see if you like it first so you don't end up wasting ingredients
And this was all just my opinion so don't take it personally since everyone has different taste!

ОтветитьFirst time making this cake and I would suggest adding
Cinnamon to batter (only like 1/2 tablespoon)
More sugar to batter (around a tablespoon more)
Not doing the swirl and just plopping it in
Crushing up the cake and adding some of the cinnamon sugar mix after baking/microwaving life-changing
Overall with my modifications it's a great 9 and a 1/2 out of 10
