It took me 9 months to finally start seeing a difference but I won’t give up, finally I am becoming strong enough to resist more and more.

I'm 20 year old girl i start being living with less in last year, i realized living simple is better. i started decluttering all extra stuff some of them are expired and some i donated, this is best thing i did. I think realizing is i'm overconsumer, in 19 not a late .

When I was asked what I was going to do once I retired. My answer was live in my own mind.

I've started doing this and have mainly seen my free time dramatically increase, and like you said, being able to think about other things and use my money for long term goals that are very important to me, rather than short term gratification.

I am 54 years old & have way too many possessions! I stopped buying things about a year ago. I am in process of decluttering my closets, basement & 3rd floor. I noticed about 4 months ago that I have more money now. I am paying off 2 credit cards & some medical co pays from 2 biopsies. I am cancer free! Yay! Thank you for the videos! I just saw a video on indigenous tribes in South America that have never used any metal or contact with the outside world, and these people have lived this way for thousands of years. They make their own homes, clothes, tools, medicines. You do that, then I’ll be impressed by you.

"I spent time in my 20s accumulating things and now I spend my 30s trying to get rid of it" this is 100% my story. It started when I got my first apartment and felt like I HAD to fill it up, I bought so many things I didn't even like just to fill the space without realizing how much things would accumulate naturally.

I have been doing the same since April of 2022. I'm putting the money into investments and I-Bonds. With gas higher i have been driving a lot less also.

i cant say i am big shopper. i always buy self care products in advance, but clothing...i just bought winter jacket i needen in beggining of 2021, 1 shirt, 1 skirt, 4 jeans, 2 sports bra. and thats it for 3 years!

Any tips for anyone who doesn't live near physical clothing stores or thrift stores? Or someone who doesn't have the choice to shop online because of sizing never being available in stores?
