The ad jolted me out of the meditation. It seems counterproductive to teach relaxation and yet monetize the middle of your video. Would not watch again.

There is an ad in the middle of the video! I'm not sure if you're aware of it.

Never using this again, the ad brought me straight out of my meditative state

How can an ad interrupt a supposed 10 minute meditation???

Before y’all meditate skip to around the middle watch the ads and then restart She should remove the ad tho

Ad is still here, please move them to the beginning. It is a good meditation but the ads break my concentration and jolt you out of the relaxation it gives.

Why did you allow ads in this meditation? You're so good to bring people to relaxation in such a fast period of time and then BAM the ad. For this reason I would not recommend to watch and use this meditation.

Ruined with the mid advertisement in there....would have been great but instead I’m here writing this mid meditation because the add threw me off.
