I just made this it was soooooooooo good!!!! I just added cheese when it was time to add the cream I used heavy whipping cream because it was what i had on hand! No biggie that’s the beauty about cooking you customize it to your liking love your dishes thank you ❤️ God bless your family!

ОтветитьWhy did you say at the beginning of the video that it is „even without cream!“ although you put in cream in it yourself. Please don’t get me wrong, adding cream will give it more flavour and give more depth to the sauce, but you can’t say that the sauce is without cream😅

Ответитьwhatever you cooked is sure delicious but its definitely not fettuccine alfredo. the two main ingredients are a lot of butter and parmesan. your dish lacks both. and for your info if you add milk to cream still means theres cream in it😅 have a nice day

I followed this recipe pretty close but I didn't add mushrooms and melted some freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano into the roux. Oh, and I used Heavy Whipping Cream instead of half & half. All I have to say is..... WOWSERS!

Hi Natasha, I have been using this recipe for a week and I love it. It is so simple to cook and always very tasty. I problem that I encountered is how to deal with the chicken. I found out that after saute the chichen and then put it into boiling sause, it can become really dry in the end. How can I make the chichken more tender?
