That’s facts. One gets caught up in these sort of time loops where we think the current circumstance can potentially be forever, but it’s a trap, such loops. If one gets caught up with that sort of thinking, good luck coming out alive.

Am taking care of my older sister.. she's very sick .. today we having CT scan of her Abdomen.. Doctor's x-ray scan found some big stones on her kidneys and urine blodder and uterus
God give me strength she's very weak and iin lot of pain.. I need courage . Today is September 27 / 2023... Time 7:18am.. I pray by next year I would have passed through all this we and we will be happy people.

This is how I get through it...I hr at a time..1 day at a time.Thats all I can manage right now but I'm still showing up and putting in the work

I saw this video last year when I was going through a very strange and difficult time in my life. One year later, I’ve repeated my past mistakes and I’m in the same fucked up situation I was in last year. I’m hearing the same advice from Jordan watching the same goddamn videos I watched last year because I’ve self sabotaged myself and have only dug further in this hole I’ve been in. I pray to God that this year is different and that I never make the same mistakes again. I’m lonely and depressed I just hope that I do not follow in the same steps as I did last year. I’ve been lost for 3 years now. I’ll never get those years back. I really really really need this year to be different. 😢

When times are tough find a girl who will “stiffen your resolve.”

My father is on his deathbed.

He has few weeks/months at most, and he is suffering a lot.

He can't walk by himself, he can't eat or drink anything by himself, he can't go to washroom by himself either.

It has been very tough on us, specially my mother, because she's close to 60 as well.

So recently I have started to help around in taking him step by step from here to there.

He let's all of his weight go on the person holding him, so it's very difficult to control him.

My mother was going through sleepless nights and she's also a heart patient, so I realised that if I don't intervene and help, I might just end up losing both of them.

This may sound brutal, but I'd rather have my father pass away after living his last few months and help him around, so my mom can take rest as well.

This is the best decision there is to make.

Life is fucking tough, but as long as I choose to be powerful, I'll come out victorious. Maybe with few scars, but victorious in the end.

i am at a period of time where i am very uncertain if i can survive this or not. I am a uni student, to study i prefer to have a clear mind. but this thing what is sort of ruining it is the job. I think i am a victim to a scam, i just wanted to make more money whilst studying. it is an online job, turns out they take my money but return back with some profit. Now they are asking for more money and i dont have much, so i am worried, because they are threatening me.

Is this talk about how he came back from his complete nervous breakdown?

Many years from now, I believe people will look back and reflect on Peterson as our generation once reflected on Marcus Aurelius, Socrates, and many other groundbreaking philosophers.

Summary on ways to cope:

1. Shorten the timeframe of your perspective. Instead of thinking "how am I going to survive this for 1 year?", narrow it to just 1 month. If thinking of 1 month is hard, look forward to surviving the day. If the day is hard, look forward to surviving just the next hour. This helps alleviate unnecessary overthinking and suffering in the mind, AKA anxiety. Cut the timeframe until you can cope with it.

2. Be alert to the little beauties in life, the little things to be happy for. Look for glimpse lights, even if the tunnel is long and dark.

3. If it's tragic, at least don't make it hell. Try not make the situation worse than it already is, this helps us tolerate with things needed to be tolerated in the present.
