As a USPSA competition shooter, I agree that this is a terrific "Limited" division pistol (in .40 cal) as CZ intended. Now that the new "Limited Optics" division opens in 2023, we competitors are requesting the TS 2 Orange be manufactured carry optics ready like the Shadow2. I normally shoot a Shadow2 in the CO division, but this would be a perfect upgrade (in 9mm) into our new division. I like the higher beaver tail & safety. The magwell is excellent, and of course the Bull Barrel makes this a good competition pistol (as intended for us competitors).

I am quiet interested in this gun as my first competition pistol. However, it has a 800g trigger pull and most german competitions requiere a minimum of 1000g. How complicated would it be to increase the trigger pull to the mentioned threshold? On CZ parts, they offer different sear springs for the TS 2 line. Would a stronger spring be an option? Furthermore, will the trigger characteristics be affected negatively by replacing the sear spring?

We need a change run (Wechsellauf) to .22 for the orange

Seriously. What the heck is wrong with your management?? They must be mentally retarded. EVERYTHING should be optics ready now out of the box. This gun looks great and I love the DWX as well but it’s the same old nonsense. A $2000+ gun that is not optic ready. I love CZ but I’m tired of milling my guns.

Loved CZ firearms since I bought one of the first imported 75's. It was used and banged up. And quickly became my favorite. When I could I bought one new. Now the Shadow 2 is my favorite. But I'm not a competitive shooter so not to interested in this one.

Love the CZ DA/SA trigger when it is well tuned but the Canik Rival is closing the performance gap between DA/SA and striker fired at a very affordable price.
