Learning Rust is like learning Emacs or tasting meth... you want MORE

HUH? Vim's learning curve is like a couple weeks to get more comfortable than non-vim environments

Thinking program design with rust concepts is where I find it hard. Syntax is fine, but if ya don’t think it well through, you fight the borrow checker/compiler/type system more than build

I just need more experience 🫠

Thanks for the analysis! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

I disliked the Rust book entirely... it's very unlike K&R in that it's hopelessly long, verbose, and hand-holdy, plus the exercises are few and far between and are boring. That's coming from an experienced programmer who read many a The X Programming Language books, so YMMV. But I suspect this is not a beginners book either. So not sure who the target audience is...

The rust boon is useful for the starter stuff, to learn the language you'll have to do a lot of practice and learning of what can be done, what can't be, why, and how to actually do it properly, and when to do it.
I think Rust accounted for 70% of my general programming knowledge to be honest.

"learning rust was like learning vim" surely it can't be that easy
