ОтветитьCan u tell me what's the quantity of this biriyani for how many we can serve this
ОтветитьI prepared but it didn't taste good n veggies didn't boil properly as per time u mentioned
Ответитьi found this recipe to be problematic. I was following your video and the recipe and i noticed the two didn't match up. However the bigger problems i ran into was cooking the rice. What does cook 75percent mean? I think it would have been more helpful to tell us how long to cook the rice. Maybe be 10 or 15 minutes. Then after the rice is added the recipe says to cook for 15 minutes. The rice will not cook in 15 minutes if it isn't brought to a simmer first. Finally, i think you should have told us to have the saffron soaking and the brista made ahead of time, before it is time to add tt the rice. Anyway, i have enjoyed making your recipes, this one maybe you can tweak a bit and make it easier to follow for us not familiar with Indian cooking.

ОтветитьI believe your introduction of spices at particular stages of cooking is spot on! It brings out the full flavors of the spices in the final tasting. A true chef!
ОтветитьFor the 100th time could you pls post your biryani masala recipe or atleast post which brand of biryani masala you use or maybe this is just someone else’s recipes that this person is uploading which is a shame
