Winter Running Motivation

Everytime when i run during Bad weather and i See people inside their cars, i push even harder. Iam proud because i did it. everyone is able to Run in good warm conditions ! AS i mentioned before, great nature shots!

Do you think 20 years from now you'll still be motivated to get out and run in a blizzard? don't think so

i rarely leave comments on videos but I cannot help but feel like I need to let you know how much this video has helped me.

I have been jogging every day since July 5th,2014....and to my knowledge, never remember missing a single day.

This is my Second* winter and I have noticed I lost a lot of my spark, and desire to get outside. I have been in almost -30° before, but even positive 30° is feeling like death now. This video has definitely inspired me to keep going and get my jogs done WAY earlier. There has been way too many nights where I allow myself to fall asleep for a nap but sleep through multiple alarms, only to get up 30min before midnight.

Keep on running, and thanks again for this piece of art :') My jogging streak shall continue on,thanks to you 😁

thanks man; I'm a 20 year old two time marathoner who has struggled to stay consistent over this last year due to university, love life, etc. Videos like these are a reminder that no matter what happens in life I can always go for my run and better myself :) thank you!

Yup. I’ve run 4 hypothermic half marathons and used to love running in the dark in -20c. I’m 56 now and haven’t done one for a couple of years but still go for a run regardless of the weather. It does make one feel hardy. 😎🇨🇦

Living in Alaska as a runner, you can't wait for perfect weather, and the best ones are the ones when people stay home. Winter running is magical.

Thank you for this. I just recently started a 6 month marathon training program and I’m worried about running in the cold this winter. I’m desperately trying to avoid season depression this winter but I hope I learn to embrace running in the cold❤️
