We, as real consumers of entertaining media (let it be games, movies or any other kind of), are not worry about these people sending their "messages", we are worry about all the time and oportunity we lose with these trash instead of actually receiving a good game/product, we lost almost 10 years for this piece of shit see the light of day just to confirm what we all already knew. Instead of getting an actual game the fans of Arkham wanted, like a Superman game

If Sweet Baby Ink was so empathetic, wouldn't they ubderstand their whole, "we speak for the world" mantra is arrogant and their name sounds like some pervert chatroom.

How the F is this game getting a "very positive" on Steam??!!

Thought this was clearly aimed at whales and kids who ask for a parent's CC but now it just seems like a tonal mess. I don't even know who this is aimed at.

I believe everyone's reactions are overboard, with that being said tho, the story has major plot armor and I hate what they did to Batman. I personally liked the majority of the humor. The "woke" part isn't wrong, as in it is a little woke and unnecessary. But I really think this review in aspects is way too overexagerated. It's not a great game but I don't think it's pathetic.

Just the basic concept of this story is retarded beyond belief. The idea that the suicide squad could take out one member of the justice league let alone the entire team is ludicrous.

I look at the cutscenes and It looks great visually, then I see the gameplay and my eyes bleed.

Lol I totally forgot they killed off Deadshot from the Arkham games off screen (who was white) so they can put a black deadshot in the game. Rocksteadys explanation was that deadshot in the Arkham games was not the real deadshot and in fact a fraud. Which is so stupid considering he had insanely good accuracy and skills but hey let’s make the new game more diverse and not care about good storytelling.

It was pretty huge red flag when 2 rocksteady co-founders left company 2years ago, you know something is terribly wrong

Wait wait wait hol up, wait a minute, how did harley of all people change the fear gas so it affects only Batman? Isn't it basically impossible to make it so a gas affects only one person? and even if it is possible wouldn't it be a monumental task that would require a long time? How the hell did Harley, who mind you is a psychiatrist, engineer it so it works only on Batman?

The explanation of the graphics is optimization for 4 player co-op in 60fps according to some devs I saw on x, nothing justifies that budget cut on Harley though

One of my most hated modern gaming tropes is Characters That Won't Shut Up. If I may be a retro whore for a bit, I like how old hardware made it so characters didn't talk. You just controlled them, and the only noise they'd make are a whimper or "ow" whenever they were hit. Maddox (I know, bear with me) made a video called "Things I Hate in Modern Gaming: Stories" where he critiqued "random character babble" by making up a situation where Mega Man was complaining about bees in Hard Man's stage from MM3, demonstrating how much worse and less fun the game was for it. Having characters talk constantly is not really done for the player's benefit, but the developer's. If there's an option to turn voices off, I almost always choose it unless the writing's AMAZING, which it rarely is.

It is absolutely so tragic how Batman (especially the Arkham-verse) vent from industry pioneer to this… sad and pathetic joke.

This..."sweet babyface" group should be shamed...let them enjoy peoples anger over them ruining another game with there sub par stupidity and complete disconnect with anything popular or interesting in anyway. Sweetbabyface whole job is to wokify the game...so rocksteady knew what it was doing. Id like to know more about where this company gets its funding from and who backs them honestly. I think its time we cracked down on these sick Natzi's trying to destroy our only vent from the same exact dorks we play games to escape...mainly people like those at "sweetbabyface".

You know, we coulda had a theoretical sequel to Arkham Knight where you're still playing as Batman. But instead of going through the motions, we could have seen a game where Batman has to fight and SAVE the Justice League in Metropolis. He already has contigency plans on how to take them all out. And we could've had an in game recreation of the Batman vs SuperMan fight from the Dark Knight returns where Bats wears his powersuit. Maybe incorporating the Speedforce gauntlet and later John Stewarts ring temporarily while he's out of commission and he can use to fight Wonder Woman since out of all the league members she's the one with practically no real weakness. All leading up to a major final battle where Bats and the other league members team up to defeat Brainiac

Why Rocksteady? Why?!

Because just about everyone who worked on the Arkem games in no longer there and the current staff spent all 8 years sniffing woke farts.

The idea of a Catwoman ive and Harley Quinn is perfect because Catwoman can be CQB ive can set back and hit guys from far away and Harley is a mix of both when ever they need it.

It's not Canon at all. You can say it is but in all reality Batman is not a fucking retard! So therefore it's not Canon just on that also Harley Quinn is not like the real Harley Quinn. So yeah not Canon.

Mob groups arent small. The gameplay is always a complete warzone with characters super jumping, double jumping, web swinging giant quarter mile spaces. Harley is somehow able to jump down a 40 story build with ease, then swing 20 stories back up. This gameplay looks Spidermanlike.
