very DARK film, I love anti hollywood movies. No glam in this one, the silly thing was though him in the beginning of the movie, haha, yeah he just hung out this girl alone more than 3 times, gee no wonder she took a liking to you dude, he would have told her to buzz off.

This film had so many great twists though, esp the voodoo doll part, she was def smart enough to be using witch craft too.

Basically, a story about a horny romantic teenage girl who could easily do better but for some odd reason the already well-off parents desided to rent out the attached guest house to a young chap shrugs 8/10

I miss thriller movies like this - except for the end, there's not much overt violence, there's not much overt sex, it's all subtle and suggested, but still keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Basically that should of been Alicia silverstone's only role plus the nut feeding of her children is wrong I have the same pout exactly 💯

I used to watch this all the time when it was on the pay-tv channels in the early 90s. I was a 14-15 year old boy in 1993 and well, Alicia Silverstone was in it! That was enough for me at the time! 😄

It's sad, really really sad... to think how hard she must have worked for this film and other's to become acquisitions in our world. The auditioning involved, the rehearsals, the filming itself and the mass media marketing too!
But in the end twas her father (Montel Silverstone) who got all her earnings($$$$$), as it was his legal entitlement within the State of California and he had not violated a single constitute(not so within the Yukon Film Industry)
The man divorced her mother a few years earlier( her mother was found to be an unfit mother due to financial circumstances) and then as her manager Montel Silverstone took over her life, probably still the same today in the present,
To her credit she took the asshole to court and pleaded her case based on not the legality of this, but rather,,, the ethics of all this, "your honour!"
Parenting should not lead to these exploitations she had to endure to make him a wealthy man:- in "the streets of San Francisco!"
This is the whole truth and nothing but!

All these nice comments about a film featuring a young girl (15 at the time) obsessed with a grown ass man. Not creepy at all.

Even though Cary Elwes was hot as hell, it's still kinds creepy that Alicia had to make out with this older man being her age. She probably just didn't think of it much at that age, but it wasn't her responsibility. Older adults should know better. I think there's other ways they could've done that scene.

Alicia Silverstone was the "IT" girl during this time. Kinda like Megan Fox in the 2000s. Probably a bad movie, but at least it's a little creepy. You don't get creepy a lot these days without mass gore.
