Where's Werner's moustache? I'm trying hard to spot things that actually happened in the book. Gdansk ? I've just finished the books and yet I've no idea what's going on here.

I think I’ll save this for when I have some spare time, it looks promising.

I’ve only just finished watching Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, the adapted for television version from 1979, that is (though I had read the book previously).

I much prefer it when these kind of books are serialised. With a one and a half or two hour film, too much has to be filleted out and it destroys the continuity of the story.

I'm reading the series now so thanks for posting this on here. Ian Holm is so good as Samson.

The more I watch this the more I see Bernie's wife's eye's give her away.
