Bain Operating Model

What an absolute load of gibberish. Bridge between strategy and execution. 'Deliver' strategy. How 'bout organizing and delivering pinkslips to non performing top management and easing them out at the end of a boot to the ass when they retire on the job? Most of our companies seem to be in that state. That's a good strategic delivery right there. If they have to hire Bain to get it done, then its time to see them off.
