I’ve had a disappointing experience with Star Health's customer service. After paying the premium for my baby’s mid-term inclusion, it took them 16 days just to acknowledge my request. Despite several follow-ups, I received no response over email. Communication like this makes it hard to trust an insurer when you need them the most. If timely service and communication are important to you, I’d recommend considering other options
