my "old story" is akin to mouldy bread or spoiled milk - (it may look ok) but no way am I drinking that, massive diarrhoea days on end, anyone???❤

so if no one like eating mouldy stuff or the diarrhoea that comes after drinking bad milk, so similarly no one ought to revisit those old stories because theyre just harmful. I know saying "something's harmful" does not help (dated an alcoholic 6 years, we downgrade to being friends now but yes, saying "substances are bad" didn't help him but for those who "being informed" helps - INFORM yourself those old stories...like bad bread or bad milk, may not "look" threatening but boi, go ahead eat them and you'll be camping in the loo for a week.

I really think a lot of men need to hear stuff like this and I’m really happy positive mental health growth like this is becoming more widespread online
