Absolutely, lovable home. Great concept! 🤍🤍
ОтветитьClearly a video solely dedicated to be a showcase of the battery instead of actually being an architectural video... It shows almost nothing of significant interest about the house by just transitioning one shot to another with little to no context between images while at the same time talking about the bettery all the time... Really poor partnership this time. Poor video as well.
ОтветитьBasically a Tesla Ad .👽👽👽
ОтветитьIt needs a Steinway & Sons grand piano. Then it's classy & perfect.
ОтветитьSustainable? Yeah right.
ОтветитьI absolutely love the sustainability aspect. How many families live on that huge plot?
ОтветитьLove this home. Kinda manly, though. My wife would hate all the black and dark gray paint.
ОтветитьA bit sterile.
ОтветитьSubliminal Tesla advertising...even movies are going down this advertising route.
ОтветитьLP need to remember to tell us which country it’s located. It has offered nice designs from all over the world now, so please country first for its location.
ОтветитьSuch a wasted opportunity on an amazing spot. Sorry but the Architect did a pretty poor job 😮
ОтветитьOne thing I loved about this video is the fact that it has been a house review... Unlike other videos on this channel where it's more of the architect's review.
We often see videos of the guy talking more than the actual home. So thanks😊
Ngôi nhà nhìn ra sông thoáng mát rất tuyệt vời 👍.
Ответитьwhat a boring kitchen though
ОтветитьI have to admit, it took me a while to realise I was watching a Tesla ad. Well played.
Ответитьomg doesn't this guy and architect know about climate change? that house will be underwater in 3 weeks from now
ОтветитьOmg these comments are not it… The house is beautiful
ОтветитьHouse has no flow and gives a vibe off of messy to boring. Take this house away from its location and its mehhh and best.
Jim mentioned "Geothermal" quite a few times but then went on to describe it as a couple of Tesla power walls and some solar panels.
Just to be clear "Geothermal" has ZERO to do with batteries or solar panels.
Geothermal energy is the thermal energy contained in the rock and fluid that fills the fractures and pores within the rock of the earth's crust.
Now there are some homes around the world that actually use the Earth's underground thermal energy to power their homes.
Is Jim saying this home actually uses "Geothermal" energy and if so why didn't he show or go into a little more detail as to how. I'd be surprised it does with such little space. I've seen some Geothermal setups and they are quite large and take an enormous amount of space beneath the land the homes are built on.
Beautiful location. However, the (gorgeous) kitchen screams 2020-2024 and will look dated in years to come.
ОтветитьLove the local project videos however this one feels like a commercial.
There are more subtle ways to do product placement...
I stopped watching at the mention of Tesla.
ОтветитьIt’s a beautiful house and a wonderful location. They always are sponsored by someone like Tesla Fisher and pickle Volvo and they have to promote that it’s just how sponsorship works. This time was not an excessive then other times.❤
ОтветитьLove passive house designs! This is a good one and I can tell all the challenges with the orientation of the house!
ОтветитьSponsored by Tesla and blood money from Elon Musk’s emerald mines in South Africa inherited from his parents
ОтветитьNice tesla advertising, next time the house please
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьIt's beautiful ❤️
ОтветитьThat house is stunning!!
ОтветитьExcept for the Tesla commercial... good video.
Ответить♥♥♥
ОтветитьThis is really a dream home. The kitchen is beautiful and the sofa spectecular, like the chairs combined.
