New Tom Ford Mink Mirage eye palette

Thank you so much for your video, it was very helpful. I wear back shadow everyday to line my waterline and lashline. I am a mom to two small children so using black shadow as a liner is very forgiving and I love the soft look it gives. -Emily :)

I use black shadow as a liner.

Black eyeshadow is useless especially if it geared towards neutral palette gals. As an eyeliner it smears and not opaque enough as an eyeshadow not very user friendly. It’s a waste of space in that palette. Great review thank you!!

I just wanted to say - again and again I come back and watch your videos, it is so pleasant to listen to you. Just discovered Tom Ford Store in Covent Garden, I work 5 min walk from that place, (my husband says it is dangerous!) and have booked a private blend (Perfume) consultation with Marco there on 29th Jan and on 5th Feb - make up (Tom Ford Look) and thinking of buying the Soleil palette with green shadow in it. So my question is - do you use it? I know you got all three, but how do you feel about the one with green shadow? I am asking because we are of a similar age and I wonder if you feel it might be too sheen? I will ask Marco to use this palette on me before I decide to buy or not. Once again 0 love your vide and today just thought it would be so lovely to see you and go to Tom Ford together and go through EVERYTHING there!! x
PS - bought that Pat McGrath lip balm, very pleasant but I don't think it is worth £37.. Tom Ford Balm (white Reflector) is better..

No black eye shadow for me MsCat and I have never seen a Star Wars movie either and I am not about to start ! lol

I never use black shadow either, and since this is so similar to cocoa mirage, I don't think I'll purchase. I do appreciate though that Tom Ford is introducing more matte shadow palettes. Thanks so much for a showing this new quad. Best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year.

Happy New Year! I do use black eyeshadow, partcularly black one from pat mcgrath subliminal palette and to darken the look or instead of liner. Otherwise burgundy or dark brown are softer options.

Always click on your videos first x. I thought the new Tom Ford quads looked EXACTLY the same. And do you think it’s worth spending TF prices on shadows that you can get everywhere for much much less? X

Thanks for this video Missfrankiecat. Cocoa mirage is perfection for me. I will be stocking up on it but I’m also keen to try a couple of these new matte palettes. Tom Ford has the best matte formula.

When I saw the name I thought it would be a hybrid of Cocoa Mirage and Golden Mink and was hoping it would be a bit more interesting than what it actually is, as you said nothing unusual- I mean from the two of these palettes - the colours are similar to Cocoa mirage. I am sure they are still good quality but for me seem just too usual. I think for a lip balm it is a ridiculous price £37, but probably will try it anyway - from what you are saying it feels good.
