Yeh I guess so…. Speaking of addiction…I knew a trans medium… went to see her…she says in a low kind of man voice “what is my problem” I told her was very worried about a relative with addiction problem to drugs… she said “is for their own personal experience & to go back to my own peaceful vibration” … I did & she must have felt it because she said “ I’m feeling it now”. … I was & I felt as light as a feather as tho a great weight lifted… it wasn’t some illusion, worry is addictive too, & very heavy to carry… that’s the reality, the weight of emotion is reality not imagined … well, was my experience… the two seem to intertwine …

I just deleted Facebook from my phone. It was severely messing with my mental health. I deleted it years ago and didn't use it for around 3 years, but around last year, I got it back. And boy, oh boy, was it messingwithmy mental health.
All the comments from certain individuals (which are mostly negative, btw) and just all the riff raff there is mind-boggling. And what makes Facebook so dangerous is the fact that it gets VERY addictive the more you use it. I wouldn't recommend anyone use that site. It's far too much toxicity there, and I'm glad I deleted it because my mind (and life) is far more important than an individual app that serves no absolute purpose. I'm only sharing this here because not too many people I've come across understand this knowledge, but if you read this, I thank you. Because breaking free from societal norms and social media in general is like breaking free from an addictive drug. Literally.

Day 1, and done. I'm proud of myself. 😌💜
