Thanks. It turned out well, but you need more explanation for beginners.
ОтветитьThe inside pocket. What is this way? Fold long side or short side?
ОтветитьHi, I really want to make this bag but cannot find cutting instructions. have looked on your website for cutting instructions but cannot seem to access these.
ОтветитьSo so beautiful and I love the detailed explanation...mine turned out as beautiful as yours ...thank you ❤️
ОтветитьDo you have one like this with a zipper or any suggestions for being able to close the top so nothing falls out? I put a small flap on the top for my one grandaughter but I’d like to make one for my other granddaughter that’s closed on the top. Thanks!🙏🏼
ОтветитьThank you. Great instructions ❤
ОтветитьSo beautiful to watch
I’m trying it
This is really descriptive.
Thank you for this tutorial
I'll make this once I get the time and fabric
What fabric did you used? Thank you! Btw, I like how you explain everything step by step.
ОтветитьI’m going to try to make it
ОтветитьI am going to try it. It looks easy to do. Rene Johnson
ОтветитьThank you for your tutorial. I have been trying to find a vid on how to do the pockets and you showed it perfectly! Thank you 🙏 again.
ОтветитьVery nice and easy. I wondered tho why you did iron the fusible piece to the fabric? Thanks
Ответитьso cool! thank you!
ОтветитьIf you topstitch the top, it will help reinforce the handle area and make it more sturdy.
ОтветитьThis is so cute, pls what’s the name of the fabric u used.
ОтветитьIf you put your glue about an inch in from the edges you won't gum up your needle!
Ответить.. Buongiorno.. La borsa è bellissima! Chiedo una cortesia.. È possibile avere le misure in cm, in italiano? Grazie
ОтветитьI have lightweight fusible interfacing. Can I use it
ОтветитьI just found your channel today. Very easy tutorial! Thank you! :-) New subbie.
Ответитьright now I am looking for the perfect computer bag and this would be awsome if you added a zipper to the top and extra batting to thicken the bag.
ОтветитьHi. This is great for me as a beginner. I will try it today foe sure. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьI want to make a child’s version for my neighbours four year old daughter each at size uk you recommend ?
ОтветитьExcellent! Best bag method I’ve seen so far 😊
ОтветитьHere’s my two bags I made for Bible’s how do you share pictures???
ОтветитьWow I really love this tutorial, love the hand measurement too thanks!! I might add a magnetic snap !!! Thank You
ОтветитьGorgeous! I love the fabric you chose. I would like to add the extra step of making the corners so that the bag will have a little depth, I've already seen it in another video, but overall your instructions are very clear and the bag looks great!
ОтветитьCan you use decor bond fusible on this bag?💗💗
ОтветитьFun, fast, and easy thanks to Virginia's help. Very clear instruction and depiction. Thanks Ginger Cake
ОтветитьHow can I make this bigger? What measurements do I use? I’m a beginner. I have no clue. Lol
ОтветитьThank you so much for this tutorial, Virginia! I made one today. I didn't have the right kind of interfacing so I used a thin pelon batting. (Never again!) I made the same mistake as you with the inside pocket! Can't wait to make more! Thanks again for the awesome video! (Oh, I also included a little strap inside to hold a small water bottle vertical.)
ОтветитьCan’t stop making these totes!
ОтветитьLoved this. Thankd
ОтветитьLoved your explanation!! Realy quick and easy! Thanks
ОтветитьI love this tote pattern and you made the directions easy to follow. Thank you so very much for sharing. It was so much fun making it. I used the lining fabric to make the straps. My first try didn't come out perfect but I will be making several more for friends and family. (I realized that I should have made the seams a little wider). I have included a few photos. The second one shows the lining and inside pocket.
ОтветитьI made this and it turned out adorable
ОтветитьV D
ОтветитьI've made tote bags from several patterns but your method is the easiest, yet with more, ie the pockets. Fabulous and thankyou! Just one thought, maybe check if the inner pocket will hold a mobile phone? Just love your "blue houses" fabric. 😊
ОтветитьExtraordinary
ОтветитьGet fusible!
ОтветитьThanks for the quick and easy tutorial. I'm teaching a few kids how to sew and wanted a quick bag pattern that would give them nice clean results they could be proud of and this hit the mark just right. I simplified it down to just the basic bag with no pockets - this is only their second project after all - and they were able to sew them start to finish in about an hour and a half. Of course I made one myself and it came together in 15 minutes but it took 30 years to get that fast ;)
ОтветитьI used to love sewing with my Grandmother when I was younger and have just recently gotten back into it. Thank you for making these easy to follow and simple beginner tutorials! It does wonders for boosting confidence when starting out! So I appreciate it!
ОтветитьWhat are the measurements of the tote?
ОтветитьUsed fat quarters and it looks so beautiful! Picture posted in Pinterest.
ОтветитьI am nesadee .A sri lankan little girl.I watched your vedios. Thank you very much.
ОтветитьWhy not use an iron-on stabilizer?
