Hello, does the device charge while its in boot mode? I am trying to fix this annoying charging loop I'm in.

Hi. I have a zuk z2 that's from my mom. I have it flashed and with stock rom, but it requires google verification "The device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device." and neither me or her remember her old email/password. Do you know if there's how to flash it in a way that doesnt require this method or something else?

Hi there. Recently I've got a problem with my zuk z2. Its not going into the recovery mode no matter how i try. and also its not charging unless i power off the phone , connect the charger , disconnect the charger , reconnect the charger and turn it on!!!
Do you have any solution?
