I had to smash out a window with my elbow to get a neighbor out of a burning house. Glass is damn tough, and I had a huge bruise for days. Ten seconds to get through a window is pretty fast, i took at least that long to break the glass IRL. Double paned windows are no joke.

I.... hate that the survival aspects of the game are being driven out by "traits" that are just straight mega-buffs. If you can start with 8 strength, 8 fitness, outdoorsman, +1 to everything, 100-125% on 75% of everything... The trait mods seem way way way way too strong, don't even get me started on the +4 carry weight, - actually busted lol.

Fettreiche Fische, wie Makrele, Lachs oder Hering sind besonders gute Vitamin-D-Lieferanten. Etwas weniger Vitamin D kann man aus Leber, Innereien oder Eiern beziehen. Eher geringen Gehalt hingegen haben alle Arten von Pilzen, wie etwa Champignons, Eierschwammerl oder Parasol.
