For me its anger mixed with confusion caused by overthinking that just make you wanna scream
ОтветитьMay be one day mine GAD disorder me treated 🥺💔
ОтветитьI turned this video off as soon as he said ‘irrational’😂
Ответитьwas diagnosed with this 2 years ago and im glad i improved a lot and sought medical help. i still get anxiety that i cannot control, but it's so much better than suddenly waking up at dawn with a fast heartbeat and crying everyday
ОтветитьThe anxiety can be so inundating sometimes, but we can all get through it with external support.
ОтветитьWhen your head feels like its got a bigger catalogue than netflix thats anxiety
Ответитьcan anyone example plz gad completely remove possible or not?? 😢
ОтветитьI am very anxious because of work: needing to be to the office 5 days a week from 9 to 7 every single week. We really need the 4 days work week!
ОтветитьI had to completely remove myself from my environment and moved to a different state, even then I still had many obstacles to overcome and adapt to. Having GAD myself, It was struggle not having anyone to relate to and was constantly told I’m lying and that mental illness is not real. Life style changes are NOT easy and I’m still figuring that out..Psychotherapy pisses me off and I’ve been ghosted by my therapist. As for medication I have a significant amount of gene drug interactions with SSRI’s and have suffered terrible side effects (including suicide- side effect of even taking an antidepressant) (weird because it was intended for the exact opposite purpose). Benzo’s are hard to be prescribed unless you find a doctor that is willing to prescribe it to you because it can be abused easily and benzo withdrawals can be deadly. They should only be taken short term but I haven’t ever felt good taking it (felt like nothing helped with my anxiety) I was prescribed 0.5 then 1 mg of klonopins, that wasn’t a very big help and it makes you sleepy. Alprazolam or better known as Xanax will most likely never be prescribed to you because of it’s reputation. It makes you feel sleepy and just shuts u off, u cant really function while on it..worse case scenario you become barred out and do things that are out of your control and put your life at risk, especially if you’re in such a bad mental state.
ОтветитьI thought i got cancer
ОтветитьThank you ♥
ОтветитьSo people with fybromyalgia have all these symptoms
Ответитьman idek if it‘s this or autism that i‘m dealing with….gotta get a diagnosis soon
ОтветитьI’m scared that I might be diagnosed with GAD. Honestly I seriously blame dental surgery the most!! 😠😡 2 months ago (March 2023) I’ve been told by my dentist that I have to get my wisdom teeth out, and OMG my anxiety has gone off the rails!! I was angry, emotional, and out of control for weeks leading up to the day of the surgery. Unfortunately I have to go for another surgery in 3 weeks because I got the upper ones removed last month in April, and now soon I have to get the lower tooth removed. It’s very hard getting 2 separate surgeries done. Even the aftermath of the surgery traumatized me horribly and it’s starting to affect my health and well-being. I’m gonna have to book an appointment with my doctor sometime after the 2nd oral surgery, to see if I really am diagnosed with GAD. If yes, I’ll probably have to be on medication for a few months, a year, or whatever amount of time the treatment is, plus might have to be referred to a psychiatrist or therapist to help me get well and heal after all this dramatization of not only teeth surgery, but other personal crisis I’m dealing with. I’m really sorry for you all having to read this, but unfortunately dental surgery SCARES THE SHIT OF ME!! Thanks to it, my health and well-being is completely ruined!! 😡 I just really hope things get better and be back to normal after I have treatment for this diagnosis🤞😭😢
ОтветитьI could deal with the GAD If I didnt get all red and embarrassed over things most people wouldn't.
ОтветитьI AM IN THIS HELL, WORRY HAS PARALYZED ME, AM SCARED 2 GO OUT I BARELY LEAVE MY ROOM, I CNT EVN OPEN THE CURTAINS FO FEAR OF SEEING SOMETHING WORRYING, I AM NOT LIVING ANYMORE, THIS IS HELL, I CANT AFFORD MEDICINE IN MY COUNTRY N FAMILY DON'T UNDERSTAND, WHERE DOES IT ALL END😔😔😔😔😔😔
ОтветитьMy 10 year old daughter is going through that..poor thing I don’t know how to help her. I see her in agony every day. She is doing home school now. I’m learning about this disorder so that I can help her..sad situation
ОтветитьAnyone find a way to actually control it ? Like from personal experience
ОтветитьWith me being Diagnosed with GAD trust me it is really hard dealing with life. 🙃
ОтветитьI'm being diagnosed having GAD..now fear is everywhere and everything for me, physical alert every second of my day, and most worst is feeling anxious and worrying most common happens..
ОтветитьCan u get it from one specific unpleasant thought ? Like a phobia from something?
ОтветитьCan microdose mushrooms really can help? I want to know can someone answer my question please...
ОтветитьDoes a person with gad ever go to remission without any treatment or therapy? Because in my case I had excessive worry for almost 7+ months and the felt better for a while and again it happened and now it's literally chronic for me.. please help
ОтветитьThe Gad-7 card scored all 3s to every question . like this 22 years with no help it’s brutal day in day out . I want to work driving 🚛for a living but the gad is stopping the anxiety fear is unreal and life controlling that’s a fact is there any cure 🙏
ОтветитьAm 16 and this made me quit my job and it super hard not to overthink about life and what am going to do
ОтветитьI know my diagnosis is between GAD or OCD, but both can sound just SO similar. If I get asked all of the questions of the GAD-7, the answers would be high to each question, but I also have symptoms of OCD, which can produce ongoing anxiety that generates physical symptoms and all. Both have high levels of anxiety, intolerance to uncertainty, intrusive thoughts (and a tendency to catastrophize), rumination, and can even share compulsive behaviours (avoidance, for example). OCD, as it produces anxiety, also makes concentrating and executive function a difficult task. My therapist thinks I have OCD, but my psychiatrist thinks I have GAD. I've looked on the internet but I see no significant differences at some points. I'm so confused at this point lmao
Ответитьhi I have suffered from GAD for a long time I can't express my emotions I won't talk to anyone I don't have the knowledge to tell because our society is too ordinary about this and it ends in judgment I can't do anything I'm very tired
ОтветитьI have no control over my anxiety. I hate it when ppl tell me to just “stop worrying” because I’m trying to do that too. I wish ppl can understand that sometimes I’ll have the smallest worrying thought and then a whole anxiety attack will start.
ОтветитьMy anxiety is killing me and making my life difficult
ОтветитьThis is so me on many levels. I worry about everything and everyone. During Covid I was having night terrors and other issues that had before, but the symptoms weren't as prominent before COVID lol
Ответитьused to be one of the "smart kids" but thanks to GAD i cant concentrate, cant socialize, cant think properly, hands are shaking and sweating nonstop which all add up to make my life miserable.
Gonna start some big lifestyle changes and cognitive therapy along with working out, proper sleep and supplements. I wish all of us here luck
Im normally attacked by gad when i think about the future 🥲
ОтветитьI’ve been hiding my GAD for years. I’ve tried to present myself as someone who is calm and collected. However, mentally I’m in fight or flight 24/7. I got put on antidepressants because of a depression/GAD diagnosis, and I’m not depressed any more, but I’m still as stressed out and alert as ever. It’s so annoying how my brain is always sounding alarms to the rest of my body for no reason and making me unable to chill out
ОтветитьHaven't been happy since January due to gad
ОтветитьWhat is generalized anxiety disorder?
ОтветитьWhat is so annoying to me is how many people confuse GAD with anxiety. GAD is a never ending hell in your mind, no relaxing ever. Anxiety is a normal emotion even at a young age, this does NOT mean you have GAD; however if you think you do, see a licensed professional.
Ответить🙏👍
ОтветитьAntidepressants have serious withdraws and u do get addicted 2 it just like tranquilizers. It's just as dangerous
ОтветитьI am suffering from GAD. I wish I get better treatment. Mental health services are not cheap and my family not supportive. My family are in denial I am suffering from GAD.
ОтветитьGAD and Depression + suicidal thoughts is Hell.
I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy.
I was diagnosed with OCD, GAD and depression not too long ago, it can be very hard to control all of it at once when depression and GAD is two ‘very’ different things, im struggling just to fall asleep and get up in the morning.
ОтветитьWell it seems I got also gad for 4 years already. Just in my case no any medication worked, tried ssri snri...5 different. It seems work just benzos for night. All body is affected, expecially legs and back. Huge tension and pain. I was 32 then it came and now 36. After night sleep feeling 😴 like broken head.
ОтветитьMay Allah guide maryem abdelghafar to the right way to her goog morals
ОтветитьOverthinking everything becomes so bad that I can’t even sleep
ОтветитьThis condition has been very difficult for me since early adulthood. The last symptom to appear , and the worst, is unexplained pure terror. I have leaky heart valves and when one of these attacks occur, I get really abnormal heartbeats, which in itself is very frightening.
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьFor suicidal there, try taking Lithium Carbonate, it helps a lot to me. Save your life God bless you and comeback to life.
ОтветитьVery nice please do more videos on mental disorders
ОтветитьThank you for your help in any subject in medical school
Ответитьs t a y C O N N E C T ❤
