I really enjoyed watching all episodes….but watching the last onevwas really sobering experience. I think it made mebrealize that no matter what we do and how hard we try to stop the inevitable, the nature has the upper hand here. Don’t believe when they tell you “The best is yet to come”. It’s a merciful lie. Live every day like it’s your last one, to the fullest. Enjoy life and love yourself. Because only then you can love the world.
ОтветитьActually having read a comment below people misunderstand “good health.” Working out in a gym doesn’t mean “good health.” It’s how we interact in our environment that makes “good health.” Huge difference between lifting weights and feeding the self. Btw Chris has never had to fast for a colonoscopy yet? Lol well he better get ready for another fasting
ОтветитьReally interesting show enjoyed the third episode on fasting and hunting an African family pulling together working together for that that’s quite the freeing
ОтветитьFasting...
ОтветитьHeard nothing about this til I saw an ad on FB. Was hoping it was a series on the movie Limitless.
ОтветитьI was all-in, until I saw Disney+... No go.
Ответитьamazing actor
ОтветитьI thoroughly enjoyed this documentary. I was so captivated I watched it all in one day and became even more of a fan of Chris Hemsworth since first seeing him in the movie Extraction.
ОтветитьI think he should have had Goggins training him.
ОтветитьWhere can I watch this movie?
ОтветитьPhenomenal on so many levels ❤️🙏
ОтветитьWhy do they insist on filming up close? We don’t need to see faces filling the entire screen. It takes away from the point of the show.
ОтветитьHasn't he been diagnosed with dementia?
ОтветитьHe's hero not just in amovies but in real life too he manage to do all he wants , greatest person on 🌎🌍
ОтветитьWait till you turn 40 Chris…..then you’re gonna feel like you’re fragile. It’s not for the faint of heart. I’m 45 and I went from super athlete to pipsqueak fast, it took soooooo much longer to come back from just ONE inactive job 😢
ОтветитьA voir absolument ! Génial ce documentaire !
ОтветитьMe encanta Chris
ОтветитьThor being thor 🔥
ОтветитьI think he visit in space that's way vision problems in last secen ..thats way he can't hit the Ball 🏀
ОтветитьYou are amazingly awesome bro♥️ I love your courage and willingness to be crazy enough to cross over to confront your fears and encourage others and you have my full support in all you do not just because I am your Fan but much better because of who you are and because without you even knowing and probably never will you have been mine inspiration inspiration w
ОтветитьExceptional !!! Makes me think about what I need to do to live my best life. The last episode, I cried.
ОтветитьGod of Thunder
ОтветитьAll he has to do is go vegan lol like this isn't hard. The ironman champion is vegan
ОтветитьWhen he just discovered some mental illness, life is amazing lol
ОтветитьNo iceman??
ОтветитьIm always Seeking knowledge and Science always Chris loved Limitless mate and your movies .Your a Aussie Legend mate.
ОтветитьChris is born with great genes. Not all of us are. He'll live a long time. Look at Stallone. Still working. Others like Clint Eastwood, Anthony Hopkins, Al Pacino, etc. They're all multi talented. Not sitting around watching TV or YT as we are.

Ответитьmy idol
ОтветитьMore shows like this plz
ОтветитьIf I had a Disney+ account; I’ll be the one watching this first, I’ll stay for the science and I’ll be staying for Chris ❤
ОтветитьNot the greatest actor but he's Handsome, funny, kind, with self mockery. What a great guy!
ОтветитьChris I like you . Hope you have a great time great day . Happy and health on your hand . No regrets ❤
ОтветитьMy favourite
ОтветитьWhere's the NZT?
ОтветитьHiring a roid junkie for a show about living life to it's fullest. Well done.
ОтветитьIt's such a good documentary and has such a powerful, eye-opening finale. I will play the final episode of the series on repeat to keep the memories fresh.
ОтветитьI want to see this
ОтветитьI have wondered who the next Tom Cruise is; I think Chris just stepped up to the podium.
ОтветитьI’m finally watching this and I’m struggling with how putting yourself under this much stress is going to help with the longevity of your life? Yes, you may have learned life long technics that will help, but I’m pretty sure that’s only going to maybe balance out the deficit that you created doing these extreme tests. Could have just gone to behavioral therapy. I learned the same things there. 😂 Love the show, but unless you love extreme sports, I think it’s unnecessarily putting yourself under duress. Love you though! 🫶🏼
ОтветитьCan't help thinking about 'stress'. Limited money from a job, with kids, rising bills, struggling to find a way to feed the family, keep them warm...... hope they paid him well for this looks like he had a lot of fun.
ОтветитьI watched 15 minutes of this expecting Chris to at somepoint consume drugs to unlock 100% of his brain, now im here to see what its actually about 😅🤦
ОтветитьIs this a inspired from bear Grylls
ОтветитьSaw the first episode, the first 10 mins, and i know its full of shxt. The idea behind the methods might be right, but the method themself are for celebrities. Its basically serve no benefit for normal people, except for entertainment purposes. What a disappointment in NatGeo.
ОтветитьWow! Just came to comments to see others’ reactions. Such a powerful show. Beautiful cinematography! It had more depth and lessons than I expected. Brilliant!
ОтветитьOh my gosh!!! Incredible documentary!!
Watch, specially the last episode, I begin looking at magazines from the end, why? I have no idea, but I’m now on episode 5 with the last episode, I cried, I laughed.. I was not expecting for all that happened in the last episode! It will touch you, blow your mind!!! Just watch it, I promise, you won’t regret it ❤❤❤ you won’t!
Already a protocol developed that successfully manages and reverses Alzheimer's disease. Look it up. Called the ReCode protocol.
ОтветитьCannot believe how much I loved this series. I had almost no expectations, went in blind. Unbelievable.
ОтветитьHave you ever seen a jacked up 90-year old? All the Blue Zones, where people living to be 100, are filled with people with predictable, boring routines who don't eat much. If you see yourself as a machine, than overusing that machine will obviously lead to deterioration.
