To be fair, that's still wah'der and wotah, even a relatively clear american english like Fauna's still is gonna wah'der or wah'err like Mumei says it
ОтветитьWaa der
Woo dah
woo aa
Cute
ОтветитьAmericans say wowter british say wahtah australlians say worta anf new zelanders say warter
ОтветитьI know that Texan is just Australian minus British
Ответитьlove australian accent in girls actually 😂 that mouse
ОтветитьHololive need Scottish and British
ОтветитьIt's a shame there's not an English person present.
Someone call Ame
Everyday my english is getting more like an Aussie english, i don't konow if i'd be happy or rather concerned because i learned the english from USA
ОтветитьThis is why I can't differentiate Japanese accents like the Korone Häagen-Dazs clip.
ОтветитьwE NEED WELSH ONE LIKE CONNOR
ОтветитьMy poor Japanese students trying to figure out what my British successor is saying
ОтветитьIdk what to think of this. Is it just Noel that never noticed the accents? Japanese people really live in a bubble lol. I feel like hearing some of the different dialects would be simple to figure out but she simply didn't even think about it this whole time....
ОтветитьFor bae’s information there are 2 sub accents among southern accents, there is the poor southern accent (hill billy) which derives from a low class west English accent and is the precursor to the inner city African American (not African-American, the hyphen makes a big difference) accent and the posh southern accent which is a corruption of an upper class posh English accent
ОтветитьWater🇺🇸
Wo'uh 🇬🇧
Woahtuh🇦🇺
I mean I'm British ill happily be bullied BUT I'm a guy 😊
ОтветитьWhy stop at Bri'ish? Go all the way, hire an Irish talent, and let her go full Gaelic.
ОтветитьMumei: Mom, can we have a British person?
Mom: No, we have a British person at home
*British person at home -> Amelia Watson
Hahahahaha thos is so funny!!
ОтветитьNaur
ОтветитьWhat about a heavy Scottish accent
Ответитьif you ever want a good laugh, ask a British person to say "water bottle? I want a liquor bottle!"
ОтветитьThis is vile, the way mumei and funa always talk about the way people from other countries talk. They basically said they wish there was a british member so they can bully her out of hololive. Not even in a joking way, they doing it too often now. They remind me of American high school bitchy girls.
ОтветитьI love (hate) how American English water is always spellt phonetically as "Water" despite sounding like "Warder", and Aussie English sounding like "Warter".
ОтветитьI miss the Yakuza dragon, she was a southern belle and a peach, a peach!
ОтветитьI just had a flashback of Borderlands: The Presequel when Bae tried to talk in a southern accent. 🤣
ОтветитьIts funny because they're not "English" accents.
ОтветитьSouthern and Western are similar def distinct accents. There's also midwestern/Chicago, Boston and/or new England, New Yorker, Cajun, and a dozen other "sort of accents" across the US.
By that I mean Appalachian, Jersey, Mainer, etc, which are a bit harder to uniquely define.
Fauna can do a southern accent. She just needs to do her deep voice and melt all the saplings.
Ответитьis Fauna Japanese Jouzu??
wait?? offcolab, that mean Noen is with Fauna, Bae and Mumei IRL??
They need to borrow Rin Penrose for some much needed Bri’ish XD
ОтветитьI guess it's sort of like how an English speaker literally cannot tell that Korone's and Okayu's Japanese have different accents. English also just has a crazy amount of accents since it's so widely spoken. The USA alone has at least a dozen different accents just within its borders, then there's the entirety of the British Isles, Australia and New Zealand, Hong Kong etc.
ОтветитьJust bae; Axel crying in the corner
ОтветитьI wish we had a British person
Watson: looks away
If you want a Southern or country accent you got Cali lol
ОтветитьWe might not have bri'ish member in Holo but at least we have someone that identifies as bri'ish, the Amelia Watson!
ОтветитьI love how Noel just ceases to interact after they start doing the southern accents.
ОтветитьI say warsh like warsh yer hands. Clowes tha windoer
ОтветитьCoco had a southern twang, cuz she grew up in Georgia
ОтветитьAccents are hawt.
ОтветитьI'm glad they're aware they need a british person there to comment because it's honestly mega frustrating seeing shit like this where we're misrepresented as "wo'oh bo'ol" or some shit, when no one speaks like that and it's the Americans that never pronounce the letter T
having Bae there helps at least
Rin Penrose in Hololive would be so hilarious dude..!
ОтветитьWhat is Bruce Lee's favourite drink?
Ответитьactually mumei says "wad'r"
ОтветитьI still hope they hire a Geordie talent one day, it'd blow people's minds. Especially since we don't just get louder when we're angry, we accelerate.
Ответить20 years ago, Robin Williams got canceled by the Australian PM for saying their accent is like redneck British.
ОтветитьSouth Carolina southern is weird 'cause you can sound redneck southern or stereotypical rich plantation owner that could easily play a racist side character in a Tarantino film pretty much on the fly. Or Dolly Parton "Y'ALL COME BACK NOW YA HEAR" southern. Or "THE NAME'S ANDRE ULMEYDA AND I AM THE MAN WITH THE PLAN" Southern Baptist Convention megachurch pastor southern, etc. You can also switch between all of them on the fly like it's nothing for some reason with very little practice. It's fun. > :
ОтветитьAmericans be like "Wader" or if they're like from Boston " Worder" and then caption it as if they said it phonetically accurate to the spelling of water despite not pronoucing the T right.
Ответить"I wish we had a British person"
Amelia Watson: DEFINITELY NOT ME
Southern to American = Australian to British
Ответить
