After watching your splits I was able to create my own routine and I’ve been consistent, thank you for posting it definitely influenced me a lot. My 1 year gym anniversary is coming up, never thought I would be a 4 day a week gym girly I’m so proud of my self.

ОтветитьI had some experience with Motion Capture and modeling and gotta say you have some really useful advices and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I really hate it - but those quick workouts are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)
