My girlfriend of a long while has family in England and I’ve just been looking into it out of curiosity and gosh just hearing these prices, my average rent is triple the average of these places and most people’s income I know are at the same level. I am extremely jealous. Granted these are cheaper cities but wow, there’s nothing even close to that here in the us , the cheapest I’ve found in my city is 1000😐

Stop telling people to move to these bigotry cities!!.. frustration will finish you all up.. ive lived in the north east of England for nearly 20 years and i have to say its the most stressful depressing moments of my life.. especially if you are black.. you are putting yourself into danger.. if you are new here and don’t mind being treated anyhow then I guess you can go ahead. But before you tell people to move there because of affordability etc.. make sure you are telling them about all the racial discrimination they will be facing on a daily basis. North east is not for black people.. take it from someone who have lived here for nearly 20 years.
