MACKY!!!
Ответить... Good to see good-ole' Mr. Gravy back in the water and "up-and-riding". Congrats' on full Recovery and Best Wishes for the future. Glad your buddies' and "Team" are with you and #1 Cameraman (Yarn') have your back and sharing the Stoke... I know it's not your style, but i'd recommend staying a few feet further from the rocks and being a bit more selective about where/when and how you surf. Hate to see any more "Freak" accidents; be patient - consistent swells, deeper (safer ??) and warmer waters are in the near-future. Super hard to dial it back a notch as we age (i know); - but now is not a good time to risk injury in knee-high slop when bigger and brighter things are on the close Horizon. Surf or Die Dogg'
ОтветитьI’m glad to see you back out ! I got my first fish a few days ago and got to use it yesterday and I love it ! It’s my 5th board
ОтветитьChris Birch is a very close friend of mine. Super shaper and probably one of the best pin line guys ever and east coast legend. Looks like an Accelerator model...never part xith that board. You ought to ride it in some real waves...your size and some bigger surf...you can handle
ОтветитьBring the eberly still have one built 4 me 30 years ago in o side. A 7'6 for my time living in south big sur.
ОтветитьGo Ben! Good to see you crushing it back in the water.
ОтветитьWhat a sick gift
ОтветитьDoc Fitness!!! That’s what’s up kettlebell genius ❤
ОтветитьI met Ben in Asbury Park, cool dude.
ОтветитьImpressive rehab workout!
ОтветитьFlat floats
ОтветитьMak bailed 😂😂😂
ОтветитьOnce they were on the scene all I rode were twin fin fish boards! Due to a back injury I had to quit surfing but I think I would have liked the quads as well!
ОтветитьNot sure why but Ben all ways reminds me of a surfing Johny Cash
ОтветитьNice work Ben and Mackey
ОтветитьShed shredder
ОтветитьAlmost looks like berkhart’s board from the movie “North shore”. 😀
ОтветитьWow shout out to makki best filmer ever. Like this comment for MAKKI FILMS
ОтветитьWhere can you get Chris Birch boards? How come he didn’t film the other dude surfing?
ОтветитьWD-40
ОтветитьFound your channel because of ORIF clavicle surgery, now I'm hooked, I'm in Wisconsin, apparently the best surfing off the Coast of lake Michigan is in January brr 🥶🥶🥶
ОтветитьOh wird!🦅🕺
ОтветитьYou surfing that quad in 1 ft El Slammo reminds me of one of Zeke's videos where he's surfing in a QSL 1000 contest in the same conditions, trying to stack points. Keep stacking content and building up the body, and then you'll be ready for the next hurricane swell.
ОтветитьThat's so nice that you and Jordan work out together! Looks intense!
I'm missing my strength training classes right now since I had surgery 3 weeks ago.
I noticed on those deep kettle bell squats that your knees were way out past your toes. As far as I know, this can cause knee injuries, so I just wanted to bring it to your attention out of concern for you.
Maybe I'm being a total kook but that's what I was taught so just wanted to share so hopefully it will help you avoid more injury.
Is Zayne still taking college classes? Great seeing some of the old guard back in action!
ОтветитьNo way! I have that exact same skinny tall dresser at the beginning of the video! (Looks like yours got painted blue though.)👨🎨
ОтветитьRiding one of my Chris Birch boards tomorrow morning. Great shaper in Central Florida, glad to see you with one!
ОтветитьCome pick thru my boneyard.... Beckers, Meyerhoffers, Redman, Jacobs, Zen, Tom Stanton, Plastic Fantastic and a bunch more...i'm buried.
ОтветитьGlad you're back Ben. I loved this style VLOG.
ОтветитьRedbull should sponsor Ben full time. He's nearly pro level but easier reach and 100% more approachable! When's he's doing and not talking he's so much more watchable than 90% of pros out there. Mick fanning rips but I'd rather watch the gravy stoke in 3' mush than fanning robotics at 6' chopes. Slater roosting chest trestles isn't as Stoke. As long as he's got the backing the gravy is all gravy. Stop being thankful for shit, shut the f up and surf!
ОтветитьYou do not see this kind of stoke and community on the west coast. Keep on keeping on!!!
ОтветитьChris Birch is a local shaper in my area, I have the same board but a round tail and it's an absolute dreamer! It will work in weak swell, but when there is some good energy in the water this board really locks in! So stoked to see one of his boards pop up on your channel!!!
ОтветитьRad 😀
ОтветитьYour return to El Slammo is Epic!!
ОтветитьSmash the like button if you've really missed Makki's "OH YEAH" like he's some kind of Jersey Kool-Aid Man! 🤙🏻🌊🍍🥹
ОтветитьGlad you revived her....let me get another spin on her
Ответить🙌
ОтветитьJp strait up looks like the lord himself
ОтветитьIt's great to see the novelty is back....... pure fun n stoke...🤙🤙
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьHi Ben , great to see and hear Makki back again , the guy is a legend , that Chris Birch looked fantastic , keep up the great vlogs .
ОтветитьKiller!!! Memories
ОтветитьExcellent time spent drinking morning coffee, thanks for lol 'trac'ta' 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤟🏼🤙🏼🖖🏼🇳🇿
ОтветитьIts so awesome that your cranking out all these vlogs! There nothing better than watching a local Legend who came up from the ashes of despair and became such a inspiration to so many, both young and old alike. Thank you Ben from the bottom of my heart! Great having Mikki Films back behind the camera! All and all, its a win for all involved!
Ответитьmakki behind the cam! classic crew. sick!
ОтветитьThanks Makki for jumping back on the Gravy train. Noice work if you can cram 3 in a week BG. Slow and steady 🤙🏽🍀🍍🍍🍍
ОтветитьYew!
ОтветитьThats great. I still remember my first board. Surfboards Australia 6' 0 round pin back in 1978. Board gave me the curse and ive been on summer vacation since. I hope some of those kids can get hooked as well. Salt water heals all wounds.
ОтветитьThanks for the stoke. May the good surf continue for all! BTW, I'd buy a BG pro-model 41.5" polypro bodyboard with twin channels, crescent tail, and 1 carbon stringer, (now that I gave you the specs. LOL!)
