ОтветитьI’m not vegan but thank God for vegans. You don’t know how much you mean to me. I was bit by a lone star tick. I have alpha gal. If you want to know more about alpha gal you can look it up. And if you have money to help donate for research that would be wonderful to. This was not my choice. Because I have been bitten by the tick I’m allergic to all hoofed animals. So I can’t have venison, lamb, deer, pork, beef, and I can’t have dairy either. So I’m so thankful for vegans because I have learned so much as to how I can live a normal life with food without eating dairy. Thanks so very very much to all vegans. If I had my choice though I would want a cure. Because this was not my choice. This decision of having a allergy was forced on me because of a tick . Everyone should be able to choose how they want to eat.

1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp tahini
2 tsp miso paste
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
FOR A FIRM, SLICEABLE CHEESE
1 cup water
1 tbsp agar agar powder
