Great demonstration! Glen looks great, too :) I love my Battleship and Halftrack! Hope you guys make more great stuff. Cheers!
ОтветитьDear Glenn i am wondering why there´s so much trouble to get a V90 Battleship Pack in military green colour?
Ordered this one on march 6th this year by HQG Store, a german customer and he told me i´ll get the Pack end of march or beginning of april.
Made a phonecall to them last week and they said me there´s no way to get one before june.
What´s the reason for this issue?
Regards,
Andy
Watched it a couple of times. Thanks. Instructional videos like this one are always helpful, and appreciated.
ОтветитьThe V90 Battleship Pack looks promising in the carry system. However, why are so few manufacture addressing the correct operation of the load-lifter in a structured way? Every backpack fitter will tell you that load-lifters should have operating angle of 30-45 degree (like shown on V90 Battleship Pack). And more is better than less, if outside this range. However, pick any random backpack and you see that the back length is way too short for the load-lifters to operate correctly, instead load-lifters most often hang like snakes around the shoulders (as the other backpacks shown in this video). For small daypacks I understand that it is difficult to achieve sufficient back length. However, for any +50 liter backpack it should be possible to make adequate back lenght (+70-75cm) without making the dimensions too awkward. Considering how much they actually impact the feel of the load, why are the load-lifters so neglected in general?
ОтветитьWhat is the adjustability range of the frame in regards to torso length?
Ответитьwow, great breakdown! Thanks for helping dial in my pack to fit perfect as opposed to just "okay"!
ОтветитьGreat video, guys. It was just what I needed to set up my Gunslinger pack. Had it out this weekend with about 50 pounds of gear and it just wasn't fitting right. Now I know why!
ОтветитьHow to fit it?
Take pack, chuck in skip bin, should fit perfectly
Perfect instructional video. I had watched several backpack videos about measuring torso height, but none specified exactly where to measure from and to for shoulder strap placement on the pack. Turns out I had to move the shoulder straps all the way to the bottom for my torso height. Huge difference on my Terminator!
ОтветитьWish I googled it before having multiple heavy-load trips out.🤦♂🤦♂ Thanks for that. Very good tutorial.
ОтветитьGreat video. Moving around the shoulder harness on the ladder is nearly impossible, though. It’s incredibly difficult to move the two Velcro straps into the notches.
Ответитьyou guys make adjusting the back straps along the ladder look so easy. mine are so tight, i can't get the strap in.
Ответитьhow tall is the guys in cm if I may ask? because when I measure myself and i am 169cm, my length for the backpack would be 49cm = 19,3 inch. I doubt that I am taller then him, his 19inch would be 48,3 cm
ОтветитьI am looking at the fac track. I have a larger pack now from one of the big box outdoor stores. The shortest adjustment is 24 inches.
ОтветитьThank you😺
ОтветитьWhat do you suggest i do to make my battleship fit better, i my measurement is 17.5 inches and the shortest my battleship can go is 19
ОтветитьMy Operator Pack is Part one of my go-bag setup. It is set up to be always ready to go. While I may never have to grab my go bags and hit the road, so to speak, in today's climate it would be absolutely foolish not to be as prepared as you can be. Setting the pack up properly is of critical importance. Once you head out you don't know how long you'll be out or what you will have to face. The longer you can go without fatigue setting in the better off you are. It could mean the difference between success and failure. Failure is not an option.
ОтветитьThanks, Eberlestock Pack Fitting worked like a glove for me
ОтветитьHow about the mainframe
