That was about as technically perfect as you can hope for. Practically zero deceleration over the hurdles. I think she'll be the 1st to break 52 seconds with the right weather.

Amazing how the best female 400m runners run at best a little over 49 seconds and Delihah was only 3 seconds behind having run over hurdles...WHAT!!! CONGRATS OVER AND OVER.

Ambidextrous jumper, jumps off both legs. She has a very great sense of what leg she will have to jump off so she never stutter steps or loses time over hurdles.

Dalillah is a phenomenal athlete but you just get the impression that eventually Sydney will run a low 51.

Dalilah sprinted 51.58 in Tokoyo at age 31 which is a new personal best. It reminds of Shelly Ann sprinting 10.60 at age 34 which a new personal best. Dalilah has more in her! I love her determination!!
